We arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight at 8AM. We were told the room was available already but check-in was only at 1PM. So we were not allowed to go to the room to change cloths and take a shower. The luggage needed to be stored in a so called "locker room" where it was not tagged and where every visitor had free access to. The staff was not very helpfull at all on storing the luggage, "just do it yourself". Breakfast staff was not friendly at all, not even speaking English. Rooms are very small, no chair in the room and hardly any space to store the suitcases. Bed was also very small for 2 people, glad we are skinny. When asking the reception staff for making reservation at a restaurant nearby, we were told they don't provide "that kind of service". We are just wandering which service they provide anyway...

We booked a double room for our recent city trip to London. The city continental is conveniently located (3 mins from Earl's Court underground station), so this hotel seemed a good match.

Our room was very small, but mostly clean. The staff at the reception desk was friendly, but didn't really put a lot of effort into it. When checking out, they didn't even bother to ask whether we had a good time at their hotel.

What really bothered us: We purchased an access code for their WiFi service. Apparently those codes expire after 72 hours, so we lost many hours that we had already paid. This was very disappointing. Internet service should be free these days, or at least the access code shouldn't expire!

Its a bit of a Labyrinth.I was in room 311.I booked directly through hotel website which for a single was 69 inc breakfast. Was given a double.I didn't get chance to eat breakfast so can't comment.Room was well decorated. The only small let down is some of the stairwells which could do with re carpeting but otherwise good value.I couldn't find anything else in that price range with an ensuite.Really good location and a good bed .Has air con.Tea and coffee making facilities in room

This is a clean hotel with a great location right by Earls Court. On the down side room 132 was noisy when it rained as there's a flat roof right outside the window :( Breakfast was ok, but they could treally do with another toaster or one of those coneyor type toast makers as there was constantly queues for the 4 slice toaster.

All in all, great location, clean and spacious for London rooms.

The facility of the hotel could have been better, and they could have done better job in keeping track of the reservtions and the payments. But staff were helpful, especially Hasan - I am very thankful for his generous and attentive help, makes my days in London! Best.
