Our room had a king-size bed on the 3rd floor. The room had adequate room for suitcases, a desk, mini-kitchenette, nice bathroom, excellent shower. It was clean and modern with nice furnishings, good air conditioning and an in-room safe. The reception area staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Earl's Court underground station, which provides access to the District and Picadilly Lines, with direct service to Heathrow and to tourist destinations such as Westminster Abbey. Hotel is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. Breakfast was available as an expensive option, which we did not use. There are some restaurants nearby and many others are available within a 20-30 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We were traviling with two other couples. The 3 rooms were in different parts of the hotel and all...

We stayed 3 nights at the Nadler and overall had a good experience. We only had two criticisms: we were two people and our room was too small. Also, our A/C did not work well and our room was very warm. Good points: comfortable queen size bed, handy little kitchen area, spacious bathroom. But we had two suitcases and could not find a space to open one of them except to place it on the desk. Unpacking was out of the question as space in the built-in drawers was too limited. However, the hotel has helpful staff and a great location, short walk to Earl's Court tube, lots of restaurants and pubs, including a great little French cafe for breakfast. Overall we liked it but would have preferred more space. Perhaps their website needs to clarify their room size or somehow make the space more accessible for two people. We just didn't know it would be that small. If we had, I would have requested a larger room.

Room Tip: Make sure you choose a large enough room for your needs.

Hi Carrie057, thank you for your review and we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and our hotel facilities. We also have bigger rooms such as the Superior King and the Deluxe Room that have a lot of extra space, which may be worth checking out on a future visit. We would be happy to give you a show round. Apologies for the malfunctioning of the A/C during your stay, but I am pleased that it was promptly fixed. We look forward to seeing you again soon and in the meantime have a lovely summer.

We arrived at the Hotel early after a long flight from Australua and were pleased to find our room was ready. The staff were excellent and helpful at all times. The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. The kitchenette was great to have as we were out all day and still a bit jet lagged it was so handy for us not to gave to go out if were didn't want to. The room was a little on the small side but test was not something that really bothered us.The Nadler was only a five minute walk to Earls Court Station and many shops, cafés, etc were just as close. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Room Tip: We had room 117

For the price -- compared to other London hotels, that is, which are often exorbitant for what you get -- The Nadler is a nice choice. Our big issue was that our small top-floor king room got NO WiFi. At all. And it took the hotel a while to believe that it wasn't just user error on our parts. However, once we sorted that out, they switched us to a bigger room on a lower floor and it was PERFECT and there were no problems at all. Here is a more specific review:

ROOM: Booking online made it hard to tell what we were getting -- frankly, we thought we were booking the large room we got second. But anyway, as two friends traveling, we switched out the king bed for two twins, and there was enough room for all our hunk (laptops, suitcases), a small desk under the TV, a fridge for goodies. When they moved us to the bigger room, it had a king bed and then a fold-out twin on a futon, and LOADS of floor space and neat windows... THAT room was great. That's the room we thought we were booking ANYWAY, and they gave it to us for gratis because of our Internet troubles, which was really VERY much appreciated. The room itself was comfortable enough and warm. I brought a pillow from home in my luggage and I'm glad I did, because hypo-allergenic pillows at ANY hotel are always terrible for some reason, and having my own pillow got me to sleep right away.

STAFF: Very nice, very helpful. Sold us two power converters when it turned out ours didn't work with three-pronged US plugs, and the price they offered did not seem inflated versus buying it anywhere else. They also arranged us a well-priced, very nice car for our trip back to Heathrow so that we didn't have to navigate the trains (which was easy enough, but still - a car is nice and easy).

AMENITIES: To be honest, if they had it, we didn't notice. WiFi was free; broadband was metered, and we used both, because of how the in-room WiFi didn't work. (They refunded us the cost of broadband.) They didn't have a restaurant or anything; it's a very bare-bones place in that way, but that's fine, especially because of the location. But if you think you'll be needing food late at night or something, that might be an issue for you, as I don't know when anything around it closes and they don't have a kitchen. We were on a research trip and not spending a ton of time at the hotel, so for what we needed, it was perfect.

LOCATION: On a quiet street in Earl's Court, just about a block or two from the tube and the main thoroughfare, which is great -- not too far, but also, no street noise. There's a Boots right there next to Earl's Court tube, and a Marks & Spencer market, plus a Pret a Manger sandwich place and two pubs and a burger joint (as of 2014), so plenty of food options and places you can get things to stash in your hotel room.

TUBE: Earl's Court is on the purple Piccadilly line and thegreen District line. This makes it really easy to get anywhere -- just hop the District for Paddington train station if you want to head off on a day trip to Oxford, or Windsor (both about an hour), and also, the trains from Heathrow take you to Paddington; the Piccadilly, which also goes back and forth to Heathrow, takes you to Covent Garden and right in the heart of the theatre district, as well as to Harrods at Knightsbridge, and the museums at South Kensington. Obviously a change of Tube easily gets you anywhere else, but there's a simplicity just to getting to those places.

Room Tip: If you have two people, consider the upgrade to the king room with the twin futon. LOTS of floor spa...

We have just returned from a 6 day stay in London which was thoroughly enhanced by our stay at the Nadler Kensington. The room with its efficient little kitchen area, as well as the modern and ( for England) spacious bathroom, was immaculately kept by the hotel staff. The friendly and very helpful concierges were invaluable in helping us navigate through London, since this was our first stay. The Nadler is in very close proximity to the Tube Station and is surrounded by a large choice of restaurants and convenience stores. We definitely intend to stay there again when we come back to London.

We stayed in the Nadler and our overall experience is great except the room size. We had booked a room for three but that room was not for 3. The second day we asked them to close the sofa bed as it was leaving no space to move and it was so narrow and uncomfortable that there was no way to sleep on it. So we three adults have to share a double bed:( The double bed was good in size, linens, towels, cleaning and especially, the friendliness of the staff were great. Especially receptionists were very friendly and caring. Location is great at is just a block's walk to Earl's Court tube station.

Room Tip: We had room facing back and it was very quite and peaceful.
