“Handy little boutique hotel with excellent staff”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 7, 2014

Stayed here for 3 nights in April. Prices were not cheap but ok for London. Our superior room was in the basement with a cute small outdoor terrace.
Ok size room but good by London standards. Bed was comfy and bathroom good sized.
All really clean and well stocked- Nespresso a nice touch.
Close to Earls Court tube and while there is no restaurant in the hotel they do have discount deals with a number of places close by.
Try cafe de Coin for breakfast(20% off)- good coffee, full breakfast(5.95) and continental(5.45 inc freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious croissant) were very really good value.
If you'd like a pizza - Strada fits the bill perfectly. Thin based crispy pizza. Yum!!

Well situated near Earls Court, this gem of a hotel is everything a travel weary visitor would want.

We stayed in the lower floor suite with an outdoor patio which was absolutely delightful for breakfast in the morning and a quiet evening with a bottle of wine (or two).

The room had a mini-kitchen which was quite adequate for our needs, and the WiFi was quick and responsive.

From reception to checkout, our 6 day stay was faultless and as I reflect on the visit, the absence of an hotel kitchen was I think a tremendous asset to this establishment since there is a very eclectic and broad selection of pubs and restaurants within a 1 to 10 minute walk.

We will definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Ground floor suite with the outside patio was a delight. Recommended!

Highly recommended hotel, me and partner arrived there on Saturday the 31st of May just staying for the one night as we were going to Wembley on the night time. As soon as we got there the assistance with the members of staff was fantastic we arrived a little earlier than our check in time however our room was ready and we were allowed straight up into the room. As soon as we got to the room it was so clean, everything was pristine i would rate this a 5 star hotel. As the hotel does not have a bar i did request for 2 bottles of wine via email before i got there on which i had a reply saying they would get this for me and i could pay once there. However when we got into the room the wine was not there, i went to reception and asked them about this they said it would be sorted and i could just got back to the room, within half an hour we received 2 bottles of wine in a chiller with ice and chocolates totally free! I was amazed at how polite the staff were. Would rate everything about this hotel 5* the bed was so comfortable and we had plenty of room in our double bed room. The bathroom was fantastic as well. Very clean. Will definitely be returning to this hotel if we are in London again, i wish we were staying longer! 2 minute walk away from Earls court tube station which was very handy. As this was our first time in London we did not have a clue where to go but as soon as we arrived at the hotel a member of staff supplied us with a map and showed us the route to and from Wembley. Fantastic hotel, don't know where any of the negative comments come from!

I stayed at The Nadler last spring and it was one of the first accommodation options I looked at for my return visit this year. My stay at the hotel last helped by a more favourable exchange rate, a great rate and discount code through Orbitz and was before the start of peak season. Because of these factors, we were given a free upgrade to a large deluxe room at a rate that was around $10 CAD more per night than the luxury bunk room that we stayed in this year, so my expectations were definitely high for this stay.

Everything with my stay at the hotel this year was still very good. The staff were very helpful, the room was well-equipped and comfortable, but just not to the same extent as the deluxe room (e.g. no Nespresso machine). The luxury bunk room is very compact (seems even smaller than a standard cruise ship cabin) and storage space is quite limited, so expect to be living out of your suitcase. Oddly enough, the bathroom is comparatively well sized and the shower is very good, in terms of temperature and pressure.

Our room faced the main street on the ground level, but we didn't have any significant noise issues. Also, WiFi was very good and we had no connectivity issues at all.

I will definitely consider The Nadler Kensington for future stays, but now that I've stayed in two of their rooms at opposite ends of the spectrum, I think I would be less inclined to stay in the bunk room again, if I can find a room at comparable rate at another similarly ranked hotel. However, if there are no comparable options, I wouldn't rule out the bunk room completely either!

After travelling 30+ hours from Adelaide, it was nice to be warmly welcomed by the staff at the Nadler, in particular Shadae. Our room was -1 very clean and tidy. Rooms are a little small, so you need to keep your room tidy, but they offer everything you can think of. Nespresso machine and daily capsules (free) was a plus. The hotel is very tech friendly, with a new TV system. Bed was a little hard, but that can be overlooked. Bathroom was large, great shower. Location very close to Earls Court underground. Fantastic pubs around the corner, recommend the pies at the Blackbird.

Stayed here for two nights with my mum and sister on a trip to Chelsea Flower Show. The welcoming, stylish decor and friendly staff made us feel at home straight away. The room had everything we needed ,good sized bathroom, comfortable beds, snugly pillows, air conditioning plus 2 good sized windows. There was also an ingenious 'micro' kitchen area with fridge, sink, microwave, cutlery, crockery and coffee maker....especially useful in the mornings as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant ( please note very well equipped 'M & S food ' store literally at the end of the road....great croissants)
Plenty of good places to eat within 5 minutes walk ....on arrival make sure you ask for the discount card( 20%) on selected eateries .....thoroughly reccommend

Room Tip: Avoid lower ground floor rooms...no windows so felt a bit gloomy

My husband and I, along with our adult daughter, stayed at the Nadler Kensington for 7 nights starting in mid-May. We had a deluxe room and were very pleased with it. The location of our room was at the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. The hotel is a very short (5 minutes or less) walk to the Earl's Court Tube station which made it very convenient for us. We were able to take the Tube directly from Heathrow Airport to Earl's Court station and walk to our hotel. There were alot of shops and restaurants within about 5 minutes from the hotel also. The neighborhood seemed safe and we never felt scared to walk around the area. The Nadler staff was superb! Any time you asked for something they were on top of it! I would like to give a special THANK YOU to Stefania! She was awesome!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we travel back to London.

Room Tip: Pay a little extra and get the deluxe room. You won't regret it.
