Good place to sit and have a picnic, or go for a cycle. Nice walk from end to end, and you can then walk down oxford street.

Hyde Park is a delight for people who enjoy seeing dogs and children having fun. The Italian Gardens are wonderful, now that they have been refurbished.

A fantastic resource for Londoners and visitors alike. Well worth a walk int the park.

There is plenty of wildlife to observe and a huge area of open parkland to appreciate. What is particularly interesting is that you can imagine you are a long way from being in the centre of a busy city, it is so quiet and restful. Plenty of water birds also and an amazing variety of them.

A royal park that is one of the largest in central London, its also divided by the serpentine. Its a hefty walk and in the summer there are always some kind of events. As it was winter we only explored a small part of the park, admiring the serpentine and having a bit of a run-around with my son before headed to explore some of the museums.

Have a walk away from the hustle, but take comfy shoes to London, you end up walking miles!!!
It's all manageable though
