“Easy breezy in central london”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 16, 2014

Loved the location of this hotel, very easy to find and so central, especially for theatre venues. The hotel itself was just what i was looking for, smart, clean and comfortable and just did the trick for an overnight in central london. Hotel facilitated an early check-in too which was much appreciated and meant I could get out wandering without my luggage to bother me! My rate didn't included breakfast but this was still possible in the cafe, really good. simple continental, with eggs and bacon if you wished. Great portions. Only one downer - I couldn't access the wifi while i was there, just not picking up the connection. It's definitely on my list when I return for a similar trip again.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this hotel over the Easter weekend. The room was very comfortable and lots of space for a Junior Suite. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and fixed a minor issue immediately with little fuss and a smile.

The staff and manager of GAIL's KITCHEN were outstanding. We were welcomed warmly by Marta and her staff. We felt as if we were with family. The location is wonderful - you can be in the middle of all the "business" and action or take a walk down quiet residential streets - thanks so much for a memorable stay before coming home to Canada.

A pleasant stay, started with a hassle free check in, good breakfast (although a lot of other options available nearby ),

The hotel is a small property, nicely kept, room was clean and quiet despite being right opposite to the lift.

The best advantage is the location, right in the heart of central London which means you can walk to all major attractions like the British Meuseum, Thames, House of Parliament, Big Ben etc.

Lots of eating and shopping nearby.

Looking forward to stay again

The hotel is greatly located, within a walking distance from Soho, Covent Garden, Piccadilly circus, and a bunch of nice streets to walk around in general. It's also within a short walking distance from two tube stations.

Other than that, the hotel is clean, comfortable, the service is great, and they serve a nice breakfast. In other words - I'd go there again the next time I'm a tourist in London.

Great hotel, helpful staff. But the noise of the road is quite bad when sleeping. The floor boards are loud, you can hear everyone moving about.

And a stupid little thing is when watching the TV in bed you can't tilt the TV so your watching it at an angle all the time so you get neck ache. It's not at your feet mounted on the wall it's at 10 o'clock to the bed and you can't do anything with it!

This was excellent. A wonderful therapist who really looked after us. Very relaxing and calm atmosphere. Treatment room was very clean, warm and lovely hot towels. We also had a wonderful brownie after! I highly recommend it.

I liked this hotel located in the wonderful Bloomsbury area. It's a quite and warm place to stay and you can just walk to the other neighbouring districts : Covent Garden, Holborn, Westminster... through nice streets with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and green squares. I highly recommend it.
