“Woodcuts and chiaroscuro.”

Current exhibition is fascinating. This renaissance art form and in particular the exploration and demonstration of the use of light and dark was much more interesting than we expected.

“Royal Academy of Arts”

This is a fabulous place to visit at any time , but especially during the summer exhibition. not only are exhibitions great but the restaurants are very good too, with either a cafe or fine dine.
Also in the vicinity you've got fortnum and masons , and pica dilly is just found the corner.become a friend of the R A and save on fees and get some great trips in.

“Sensing spaces”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2014

Really enjoyed the curation of this exhibition and the focus on the play of effects on light with spaces. The film at the end of the exhibition was useful to really understand the experience too.

This was curated in mind for families with children as well as the typical RA customer and had clever elements of interaction that made it fun for all ages.

I enjoyed physically walking around the exhibits and this was done in an interesting way.

“Amazing Day at the RA incl. Restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2014

It was not just the amazing exhibition we visted at the RA but the restaurant as well. They have very nice stuff that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Even if the location is very chic and classy it doesn´t mather wether you are a student or manager, because the card is affortable for everyone. They have a big range for breakfast, lunch and tea time. We hade breakfast there and it was delitious. We had a very great time there and can really recommend it to everybody visiting the RA.
