“Amazing Day at the RA incl. Restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2014

It was not just the amazing exhibition we visted at the RA but the restaurant as well. They have very nice stuff that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Even if the location is very chic and classy it doesn´t mather wether you are a student or manager, because the card is affortable for everyone. They have a big range for breakfast, lunch and tea time. We hade breakfast there and it was delitious. We had a very great time there and can really recommend it to everybody visiting the RA.

“Great architecture show - "Sensing Spaces"”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 24, 2014

There are often good shows at the RA, but few I've been to have used the space so well. A really interesting show which makes you see space in a new way, with an excellent film to go with it.

“Sensing Spaces: Architecture Reimagined”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014

Thought I'd get my RA membership money's worth, so popped in to this - and so glad I did. The exhibition is actually jaw-dropping, with whole big galleries filled with amazing structures purpose built. The main gallery has a lofty wooden structure, with a platform on bog hollow cylinders, containing up/down stairs. Go up and get really close to the ceiling plasters, with the golden angels, crowns etc.

There were a lot of young kids there, having a whale of a time: it must have been largely designed by big kids with little kids in mind - so it suited me to a T. Sadly, it will be finished before my grandson comes over from Canada - he'd have loved it.

Visit the website for more detail - then visit the exhibition, and get some little 'uns to take , just to revel in their delight too!

“There are better things to see in London”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014

The building itself is beautiful but the exhibitions tends to be expensive and not worth the price. You can visit way more interesting exhibitions and for free in many other places of the city
