“The Best of the Best”
Reviewed July 25, 2014

London has some of the best parks I've been to in ages - and that includes Chicago, New York, and Paris, recently. St James park was simply the nicest of all of them. No matter which side of the pond you're on, the views are phenomenal. The gardens are beautiful, the benches are in the most picturesque spots, you can be in the sun or in the shade, and the views by the shed (duck-keepers quarters, maybe? I can't remember offhand) are enough to give pause. As an added bonus, you might be able to get a squirrel to climb up your leg, so I hope you play your cards right.

Keep an eye out for the rented-lounges. They're a little pricey but they're incredibly comfortable. Even more important, if you're there on a rainy day, you'll get to see the monitor/worker standing in the rain making sure no one is relaxing. It's worth a laugh.

“Beautiful and Peaceful Setting”
Reviewed July 25, 2014

St. James Park is a beautiful park that allows you to catch your breath in the city of London. Take in one of the tree lined pathways and enjoy the many birds, ponds and park benches as you stroll through the park.

“Beautiful at all times of year”
Reviewed July 24, 2014 via mobile

At James' park is wonderful. The gardens are kept very well with impressive flowers most of the year. The lake in the middle is pretty. The views of Buckingham palace are good. I enjoy sitting in the park at lunch time or after work. It's lovely to have such a green area in Central London. Definitely worth visiting if you're in London and want some relaxation. The inn on the park is good for a drink or a bite to eat but it's expensive for snack food.

“Another beautiful London Park”
Reviewed July 21, 2014

Breathtaking park---a close second to my favorite: Hyde Park. Londoners know how to craft a gorgeous space--landscaping is perfection. Fountains, flowers, ducks and swans---truly beautiful setting. Visit Buckingham Palace and then stroll through St James. You won't be disappointed!
