“Nice and peacefull park”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 8, 2014

I haven't seen the hours passing by in this park ! There's a lot of animals to see, and of course, the squirrels are completely at home ! how funny it is to watch them run, pick up food ... they are also coming really close to us.. !

“Worth taking an hour or so out to relax in this beautiful central London park....................”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 6, 2014

If you are visiting London and want a break from the shops, traffic and general rush of an international city, then this park is the place for you at any time of the year. Totally relaxing and exceptionally beautiful with flowers, a lake, wildlife and a mixture of locals and tourists all just enjoying taking a little step out of the city's buzz.

If you live in London, then incorporating this park into your daily route to and from work is highly recommended.

It's a small park so it doesn't take a long time to stroll round but on your way, you will see a wide variety of birds and at this time of year you'll see the most charming baby ducks and swans. There are squirrels scampering all over the park.

The park is conveniently situated between a number of tourist attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Mall, Horse Guards Parade, Trafalgar Square, Downing Street and Parliament Square with Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. It is an easy walk from St James Park or Westminster tube stations.

There are ice cream and drinks vendors in the park and a restaurant near to Horse Guards Parade. The public toilets are also at the Horse Guards Parade end of the park. There is a designated childrens play area near to the Buckingham Palace end of the park and a large number of seats throughout the park where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

“A nice commute”

I often go through the park on the way it meetings and was lucky enough to wander through last month when the daffodils were blooming and the squirrels were scampering about. Beautiful part if London.

“Gorgeous”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 5, 2014 via mobile

This park is absolutely gorgeous. There are many different types of wildlife, including the famous pigeon-eating pelicans, and squirrels that are not at all afraid to run right up to you. It really is incredibly pretty. You can see different things from the park, including the London Eye. I would highly recommend strolling through, or even a picnic if the weather is nice.
