Owner description: This 90-acre park, the oldest Royal Park in London, features a large lake that is a wildlife sanctuary for ducks, geese, swans and even pelicans.

Don't feed the pelicans! Sat with coffee outside cafe in the park and watched the bird life and squirrels chase after every scrap of bread and nuts they were offered. Had just gone to the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace and strolled through the park heading for the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. Lovely falling leaf colour. Could easily sit there and while away an hour.

I went to London for sports events, I never meant to go for parks. Back in Brazil, I dont care about parks. But this one is very beautiful, with the lake and the squirrels who come so close to you! And here you can lay on the grass: awesome!

This is lovely park, huge but lovely, was nice and clean when we visited with council people to be seen cleaning up and tending things, also busy as usual
