This play has been on for 32 years for a reason. It has everything- a compelling story filled with thrills, fear and love.
Andrew Loyd Weber's music is breathtaking and Charles Hart's lyrics are compelling.
I have seen this play with 4 different casts, they were all amazing.
The set and costumes are amazing and the old theatre adds to the setting and atmosphere of the entire play.

One of the best in town. Watched the musical at least 3 times in my life and each time I am affected.

2nd time for us, this time sitting on the second row in the Royal Circle, which is absolutely the best spot to watch this spectacle, the wonderful “mise en scene”, the spectacular effects, the absolutely delightful singing and acting, the romantic storyline, the phantom will haint you forever...

This was my fourth visit to Phantom and was the best by far! The music is pure magic, fabulous scenery and hypnotic songs and acting. If you are in London this is a must see.

This was my 11th visit over the last 30 yrs and definitely one of the best. We risked restricted seats in the front row behind the conductor which were fantastic. Especially for chandelier going up and coming down.
The new cast are superb in particular Kimberly Blake who played Carlotta with an amazing voice and perfect attitude !!!
Would see again just to watch her perform.

Went to London for the weekend and saw the Phantom of the Opera. I have always loved the music from it but never got to see it on stage so was really looking forward to the show. I wasn’t disappointed. The seats weren’t the best but for £25 they were ok. The acting, singing, music and the sets were all top of the range. After seeing the show I now understand the meaning of the songs much better. I am still humming them today. Highly recommended.

Spent a long weekend in London, the highlight being a trip to see this show. We sat in the Grand circle and the view was not very good to put it mildly. Too far from the stage, almost a Birdseye view. Parts of the stage obstructed as too many heads in the way. Half time I paid £7 for lemonade and ice cream. I got the impression the cast were only interested in performing for the lower seating and not the riff raff in the cheaper seats.

I attended the matinee performance of Phantom of the Opera, on Sept. 27th, 2018. What an absolute treat!!
Everything, the costumes, music, stage sets and, of course, the actors were superb. The old, majestic theater (Her Majesty's) is worth seeing too.
Even though the young lady in the seat next to me was quite overwrought and tearful at the story line, I came away with a song in my heart and a great feeling of happiness.
If you get the opportunity, DO go to see this show. You won't be sorry.
