The service here is excellent and the breakfast too. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but very well appointed. Free internet is provided. No spa or swimming pool. The location is convenient for Covent Garden, Theatre-land, and Oxford street, as well as the British Museum. The Bloomsbury area is a lovely part of London, too.

Stayed here for a couple of nights away in London with my partner. Hotel is lovely, the staff are always friendly and happy to help. It is very well located. We weren't sure where we were in relation to anywhere in London but it is perfectly located for the busy shopping of Oxford street which is only at 2 min walk away and and short walk away from the lovely area of covent gardens. Which has great shops and perfect locations for seeing shows.

I was slightly upset when I got to the room and couldn't find my tea and coffee making facilities but after coming back after a long walk I had a nosey in the cupboard and there it was...a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities

Breakfast is worth mentioning. A very good choice of full English and fresh fruit and fruit juices. The continental side looked good to but I never made it to this part as the full English won everytime.

I would recommend and would happily stay again :)

Dear Guest,

Thank you for staying at the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Bloomsbury Street Hotel. It is very rewarding for both the team and I to receive such a glowing review.

Our biggest asset are the team we have, all staff across the hotel are very passionate about exceeding the expectations of our guests. The Bloomsbury Street and Kenilworth Hotels are centre of excellence when it comes to service delivery and looking after the needs of our guests.

I am not sure if you had the opportunity to dine with us? as we have just opened two new exciting restaurants. Steak & Lobster restaurant, downstairs on the ground floor and our new British restaurant across the street at our sister property, Scoff & Banter.

Steak & Lobster, is our name and our menu. Our new restaurant has fewer options so we can focus on perfecting what we do best: 10oz, dry aged rib eye steaks and fresh whole lobsters served on the half shell. We’ve taken choice and refined it. You’ll find our restaurant downstairs easy going and fun, modern and stylish.

Scoff & Banter, Bloomsbury is just a stone’s throw away from the Bloomsbury Street Hotel. Offering a collection of traditional British dishes served straight up or with a twist, Scoff & Banter fills the void that other eateries may leave behind.

Thank you once again and I look forward to welcoming you back to the Hotel.

Sincerely,

Hasnain N Alloo

Stayed here as a night away with my husband. Was a really lovely boutique hotel. Lots of extra details that you wouldn't find in other hotels. Everything was spotless, the staff were so helpful and the overall experience was great.
Dont' expect the rooms to be big, because this is a central London hotel - but they are a great size, we had a superior room and it was just lovely. I would also say that the gym was a very well equipped gym including good treadmills, extensive weights, power plate and even the 'wave' machine (side stepper) all of which I find in my gym at home so was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely visit again!

Rooms were great, front desk staff very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is on a busy street, thus tough to get bags in and out of car. Still, very close to British Mjuseum and shows...just don't expect Mayfair or Knighbridge.

We are indeed in the heart of the West End and within walking distance of theatres, Covent Garden Opera House, and the restaurants of Soho. The shops of Oxford Street are close by, and just 50 metres down the road the delights of the British Museum can be explored too.

Booked theatre break through Superbreaks as a 'mother & daughter end of GCSE celebration!' and chose this hotel because it offered twin room and was in a good location.
We had an amazing w/e - arrived very early and although we couldn't get into our room, staff were very helpful and concierge service looked after cases while we went into Covent Garden.
Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice.
Obviously lots to do - we managed a Thames cruise, The Lion King, Once, the musical, West End Live in Leicester Square and lots of shopping - would recommend them all!

Room Tip: We stayed in 4021 - no view but comfy & quiet!!

This hotel is very well run, the staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean but I do think that the cost of a cooked breakfast at £24 per person is a bit steep. What is really good about this hotel is its location - 3 minutes walk to the British Museum, 10 min to Covent Garden and not much longer to Trafalgar Square.

We were a group of 40-somethings meeting up to explore our capital and catch up with each other over tea/cake/a pint! The location of the hotel is fantastic, being within easy walking distance of Euston station. The immediate area is rich with independant cafes, bars and restaurants (but not for night owls or party animals as they observe last orders at 11pm.) A 5-10 minute walk brings you into Covent Garden or shopping in Oxford Street. Access to the Underground is also within 5-10 minutes walk.

We loved the comfort of the hotel, in that the rooms and public spaces were tastefully decorated, and great sleeps due to comfy beds with smooth linens, and silence due to good soundproofing. The view from our room (3007) looked onto the rear of the hotel which is never attractive, but we have learned over the years that you get the best sleep this way! The room was very clean, and well kitted out with lotions & gels in the bathroom, tea & coffee facilities and an iPod dock. The rooms are very small compared to USA standards, but this is not high on our list for a great hotel experience anyway.

We found all the staff very approachable and welcoming, with an efficient check-in/out. We found the bar staff particularly hard-working and likeable - who can mix a great cocktail! We did not use the restaurant. We only had 1 problem during our stay, which was entirely our fault. We had left in the morning, and forgotten to switch off the red 'Do not Disturb' light. Consequently we arrived back @ 10.30pm and realised we had a pile of wet used towels left in the bath, and no milk for a cup of tea. We apologetically rang housekeeping, who delivered what we needed to our door within 5 minutes! We were very grateful!

We are intending to visit London again in December, and will be staying in the Radisson Bloomsbury again. I have also recommended it to 2 of my friends, also for a December trip.

Room Tip: I think odd-numbered rooms may all look onto the rear of the hotel.
