Every cricket fan dreams of visiting this place. We were lucky to realise that dream.I booked it online and was sent email a day before that some section will be closed but luckily nothing was closed.Probably as it was raining heavily. The visit started with visit to charming small museum. My cricket stuck kids were amazed to see the tiny Ashes trophy and later learnt the story which made a funny story to recount to their friends back home.An old gentleman, himself retired cricketer accompanied us on the tour.We saw the famous balcony from which many of our favourite crickters wave to their fans.We visited the members hall and found how it was crowded to its limit on the day Tendulkar played his last match. Then went to media and visitor stands. Our visit ended with visit to the gift shop which as usual was full of overpriced stuff.

Went to see England v Australia (England Lost) in world cup group match - all turned out alright in the end. A great place to watch cricket - so much tradition. Drinks are expensive but the facilities are good around the ground - some restaurants are bookable in advance - bit of a walk from St. John's Wood station.

Tour was good taking through dressing rooms and main hall for members. But due to a marriage of one of members and construction half the tour could not be viewed. This was unfortunate as price does not come down but then you are limited to what could be viewed.

Incredible experience. Tour guide was brilliant and found out the groups backgrounds, tailoring his information to those there. So much history and an incredible experience.

Superb!! Worth visiting. Great place & Excellent Guide. Had a lovely time throughout. You have to bit quick in taking photographs as you will always find short of time for that perfect snap.
