This four seasons really does not disappoint in every level possible. Great service, they literally have everything you need. The decor was super amazing, the lobby was really cozy and comfortable, not to mention that the room was full equipped with everything, super clean and relaxing.

However, the hotel location is spectacular, its literally steps away from everything you crave in London. Piccadilly road on your left and the knightsbridge on your right, nothing can get better than this.

When you first arrive the outside looks a bit understated, however once inside the hotel transforms into a very modern and beautiful four seasons. We are a virtuoso client and received a complimentary upgrade into a room with a conservatory. The rooms are exceptional. The house rolls Royce is a great touch and accessible. We really appreciated the RR perk. Great location. Concierge desk very helpful. The bar and lounge is chic and great cocktails.

We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am. Front desk person was exceptional. Our room was not available so we took advantage of the offer to use the spa facility to shower and change into fresh clothes. The interior of the hotel is beautiful contemporary elegance. The hotel room was not large but one of the best thought out rooms I have stayed.........great lighting, plenty of storage and bathroom with separate shower and tub. I would recommend the deluxe room over the smaller superior room.........bathroom in superior does not have a separate shower. Food quality and service in the restaurant was exceptional. To sum it u I would highly recommend this hotel............great location, great staff................just a great hotel!!

Room Tip: Pay the extra amount for a deluxe rather than superior.

This hotel matches four seasons standards in all regards. Don't be fooled by the unimposing building - it is impeccable inside. I stayed 3 nights in September this year and it met all my standards. The location is perfect - you can walk to almost all of the usual highlights of London. Plenty of wonderful restaurants around. The staff do everything to keep you happy. They are professional, prompt and friendly. I loved the courtesy ride they gave me in a real fancy car to the National Gallery. The food in the restaurants is delicious - room service had plenty of options and done very well. I managed a full delicious vegetarian meal too! I stayed in a queens size room - small but perfect. Nice bathroom- rainfall showers - have to have them these days. The hotel has an unusual design for a four seasons hotel - but in a nice way. It is nice to see a different kind of four seasons for a change. The location and their staff are their main strengths. See the interior hallways - I will not put up photographs and spoil the surprise. I did not use the spa but took a look - gorgeous views.

Room Tip: Make sure you take advantage of the courtesy rides

Today was our second time doing a couples massage as well as a an hour in the sky raxation room! Highly recommend it- so relaxing and after enjoying some fruit overlooking Hyde park, with a shower/steam room it is the ultimate in relaxation, the spa manager Ana, Is wonderful.

Stayed for only one night so it might have influenced my impression of this hotel but from my expression it is very good but not Excellent. Looks wise it is all very flashy with the room being the highlight as it is very well decorated. It's just that it lacks that something extra to make it stand out. Yes location wise you couldn't ask for something better and all staff were quite friendly but I still will have to think about where to stay on my next trip to London.
