“Great hotel with very friendly staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 7, 2012

We had a bit of trouble with the booking of the hotel (an offer was made, which disappeared within less than 24 hour due to high demand), but this was completely made up by the bookings reservation, which still managed to get us back 2 connecting rooms at the initially offered rate.
The stay thereafter was perfect: very friendly staff, nice service, very child friendly hotel (the children got 'un-asked for' ipads for breakfast and a tour of the kitchen!).
The hotel booked us restaurants, a babysitter, got us tickets for a music-hall....Really helped make our stay very special. It's also located right next to Hyde Park so perfect for an escape in the green with the children. There were no specific children activities organised by the hotel, but it's location makes it very easy to visit museums and stroll in the park.
We would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location walking distance to everywhere but on a quiet street off the hussle and bussle of London. I appreciated the complimentary pastry and fruit every morning and quiet room on the tenth floor. The spa wasbeautiful and very clean. The room was perfect size and very comfprtable. The entire staff was helpful, and available at all times.

Having being fortunate to stay in some of the best hotels in London and having now stayed in the Four Seaons, this in my view is the best hotel in London. Service is outstanding, staff are amazing... rooms fantastic... nothing was an issue or problem... so highly recommended be it on business or pleasure.

As soon as you walk in the front door you know you've entered a particular slice of heaven. Things only get better as you experience the attentive service and the well appointed rooms. This hotel is in a upscale building. Location is it's strength, much of the people staying here are business people. So it isn't as relaxing as others.

Rooms are spacious & sleek looking.

We had great support from the concierge to book restaurants for dinner, and they hit the target every time.

My wife and I stayed there three weeks ago. The service was impeccable and super helpful attitude. It made our stay in London most enjoyable. Yes it is expensive but the quality level makes it worth it.

The Four Seasons Park Lane offers something different from other luxury hotels in London.

This is not the 'pure British experience' at 'pure expensive price' with a 15% 'discretionary charge'.

The Four Season staff is lovely and helpful. They did succeed to make my stay quite unique. Though I'm kind of 'bored' traveller.

The Amaranto restaurant is very good and offers a pretty good wine list.

This is, definitively, a very good alternative to other luxury hotels in London with a high price/quality ratio.

Great hotel, rooms very nice, well appointed, great service and care during our stay. Have always enjoyed the Four Seasons, one of our preferred properties and the Park Lane location was spot on. Highly recommended.
