“Again just superb! Love my home from home in Knightsbridge.”
Reviewed June 3, 2012

Yet again the Beaufort comes up trumps! Such a great place & the staff are so kind & willing to please. We were working strange hours at the rehearsal for the Diamond Jubilee & so were out most of the night..not a problem for the Beaufort, they offered us a later check-out so we could catch up on our ZZZ's. Didn't take them up on it but nice to know it was available. I love my Knightsbridge home from home & will always stay at the Beaufort when in the Knightsbridge area, for both business or pleasure this place is a gem.

Room Tip: The junior suites are lovely.

don't believe the others' review and photo. i've been browsing in hundreds of web and end up pick a wrong choice. compared to their price, quality provided is lower than 1 star hotel. dirty, too old, smelly in both of our deluxe rooms. quantity but not quality breakfast too. i had cold coffee every morning there. only good things is location if u love Harrods.

Room Tip: avoid room 9 and 16.

I have used this hotel on business several times and the location is a real plus - just round the corner from Harrods. What I like about this hotel is their attitude - can do.
Whilst they do not cook for you the menu is a summary of all the local 'good' restaurants who do take-away - I ordered Thai, the hotel go out and collect it for you! Just great!!! Also they offer a free bar (fridge bar) although it did not have any beer I like - so guess what... they went out to get me the beer I liked - service! Free afternoon tea is included in the price and it's worth going for as it was lovely. Overall a personal feel, great service, clean and good standard rooms, great location and the ability to negotiate should your budget not quite be near enough.

You have to be the to believe that there is a such nice little hotel just some minutes from HArrods and other shopping areas around. After a smooth checking process, we were introduced to our suite which was nice, fresh, well decorate and quiet...the afternoon tea with the freshly baked scones are delicious(unfortunately we had a restaurant booked for dinner so we had to limit ourselves on the scones)...the bar in the reception area is definitely a good thing not to mention its FOC for in house guest which we had time to take a glass while waiting for our taxi in the nice lounge...the in suite breakfast was a good idea as we did not had to go out for it.
We had a great stay at the Beaufort and a special thanks to the staffs who were at all time smiling and helpfull...

I would recommend those who regularly travel to London to try the Beaufort Hotel at least once...

Great location, nicely decorated room and ideal for peace and quiet away from the throws of Knightsbridge. However for my one night stay, it was a bit of a let down! The TV has limited channels and the reception was not clear. The service was very very very slow - you are asked to advise in advance time for breakfast delivery, it was 40mins late. The order of cream tea which we were told would be delivered immediately was also late. A great place to stay, though with the prestige attached to the hotel, expected more.

Recently we spent 6 nights in a small but comfortable room and enjoyed one breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea delivered to the room. We relaxed in the lounge in the evenings with out complimentary drinks and had excellent meals at Patar Thai Restaurant and Racine's. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Knightsbridge and escape to the welcoming atmosphere at the Beaufort. The staff was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a two night stay last week. We found the staff to be courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean and welcoming. We arrived after they had stopped serving cream teas but they still arranged for them to be brought to our room and they were excellent.

Our room, Nr 10, was on the small side and as there was no table, the in room breakfast was a little uncomfortable - it was well cooked however. We ate breakfast away from the hotel on our second morning so no real problem.

I read that another visitor was also disturbed by the air-conditioning units. I couldn't be sure if it was the fans outside in the courtyard under our window or whether the humming sound was coming from the air-con in an adjacent room. It only affected us for one of our two nights so I suspect it may have been the latter.

The lounge is a nice place for a complimentary drink before and after dinner and the location means there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Over all, a quite a good place to stay.

Thank you very much for your nice feedback, especially about the staff being courteous I will
share your comments with them.
I was sorry to hear that you were disturbed by the noise for the air-conditioning units outside your room. We are looking into how we can eliminate this noise.
We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
Kind regards,
