As a fan of architecture, I've wanted to visit this museum for some time. What an amazing building the main hall is. The downside is it's very busy and many of the exhibits are what you'd see in similar museums, and often you have to do the conga-line of families with prams to see things.

Wow! What a selection of biodiversity and information. Don’t be fooled by similar name to NYC equivalent, this is focused on wildlife/animals/dinosaurs only except for exhibit on reproduction, did miss red zone but could be wrong. Very tactile experience and able to get up and close to exhibits of all kinds of fascinating animals. Wildlife photography gallery was worth every penny.

No entry fee however the staff reminds you to make a donation for the museum

Went on a Sunday good place to take kids along

Had a good time ... but from all other exhibits really enjoyed the Dinosaur exhibit...seeing all the fossils recovered from the past which inform us about the dinosaurs is amazing

Worth a visit when in London
Posting pics for all to see for themselves

Lots to see and do but so busy you can’t get in to view things. My advice would be to try this later in the day or during the week.

Took our grandson to see the dinosaurs. Roooaaar! He loved it.a wonderful experience, and all FREE. Proud of Britain for that. There was also a trip round the mammal section. This is a national treasure. Don't miss it. Also has a good cafeteria and outside there is (winter) an outdoor skating rink and a children's merry-go-round.

Nice museum to visit in London, loved the real life dinosaur, very pushchair and wheel chair friendly. Kids loved it too - and the best part is that it's free!

One of the best museums in the country. Que outside can be bit log of you don't get there early. I'd suggest allowing 3-4 hours to get the most out of the experience.
