If you are a fan of gardens like me, regent's is a great visit. There is a beautiful Japanese garden, on an island, and, perhaps, the most beautiful rose garden in London - Queen Mary's. Those two attractions are more than enough to take you out of your way. Take the metro to Regent's park station. Nearby is Baker Street, and you can also visit the fake Sherlock Holmes apartment.

This Park is very peaceful and place to spend whole day! There are lots of ducks and swans in this park that you can feed them if you want to! There are boat and pedalo to hire if you want to make your day even more special! Park will be much nicer when weather is sunny and warm! You can find cafes and take away places around this park.

This park is one of my favorite places in London. It is awesome to go for a walk, sports, a picnic, or simply sit and enjoy nature. Simply beautiful, in any season.

I live not far from Regents Park and from time to time go for walks there. This is in the centre of a large city and is bigger that many expect. It is great for just wandering about, people watching and there are plenty of reasonably good cafes here and there. It is well maintained - even manicured which is what you get in a city park. If you want wilder go to Hampstead Heath (also good).
