I got off the tube at Great Portland Street and walked through the park from St. Andrew’s Gate around to Baker Street. A lovely stroll through some fabulous scenery.

Calm, Quiet and relaxing - Lovely place to go for a stroll in the morning/afternoon. There is a mosque right opposite so it's very convenient for prayers. Cafes nearby. Nice scenic views, there's boats to go on!

Lovely big open space to take a wander with lots of different areas and a little cafe if you need a rest. We went in autumn and it was stunning but guess it has a different vibe in every season. Even saw an urban fox and squirrels.

Nice autumn leaves with cool wind. Rose Garden is awesome.
Recommended.
You can also visit Sherlock Holmes Museum at Baker Street after the visit to Regent’s Park.

If you happen to go to Buckingham Palace, walk across the street to see the amazing views of Regent Park. You will forget you are in a major city when you see the water and the tree's.

You can sit (on grass or on a bench) by the lake or under the trees and enjoy tranquility in a beautiful park or run around, walk and take exercise and see the sights of London right on your doorstep and close to underground and buses

We visited Regents Park early one Tuesday morning around 7:30am. There were plenty of people exercising, jogging, biking around the roads (not paths) and people out exercising their dogs. We walked around, used the public toilets (cost 20p coins only). Saw some beautiful roses, fountains, hedges and so so many different types of birds. The variety of birds in Regents Park is amazing! There's water fowl and soccer fields and tons of walking paths.

The rose gardens here are incredible, the perfume when you walk through the areas planted with roses is stunning. And the squirrels were quite friendly too. I only had 2 hours so didn't see alot of the park, but well worthwhile.

We spent a rather sunny October early noon- afternoon there and it was a lovely break from the race between attractions. The park itself is really well kept and very chill and nice. There is a nice pond with pedalo hire for half or full hour - it's a nice experience, but since the pond is small half an hour is quiet enough.
