“Aquarium is great winter entertainment.”
Reviewed December 5, 2012

My family and I went to the London aquarium as a birthday treat in January of this year.

It was non stop gawking and ooohing and aaahing at the wonderful array of sea life on offer.
Perfect winter amusement as the entire experience is indoors.
It caters for all ages and has fantastic buggy access throughout. The only down side is that it is absolutely jam-packed on the weekend.
A good tip is to have your tickets ready so that youncan join the fast track queue as we did.

Meal time is also convenient as Mcd's is right next door with entry from within the aquarium itself.
All in all ,a great day for everyone.

“Too expensive and too similar to the other ones”
Reviewed December 4, 2012

Prices too expensive and too complicated with all the different options, not enough toilets. Paid extra for priority access tickets and because it was cold there were no queues anywhere. Hmmph. Annoyed that the fire alarm went off halfway through and we had to leave the building.

“Wow!”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

We had a fantastic day at the Aquarium. We went on the "Behind the Scenes Tour" and were treated to a great first hand experience, well worth it. The themes are well represented and we appreciate the conservation/education connections.

“Fun for everyone”
Reviewed November 27, 2012

Not only will children love it, adults can have just as much fun. You can see penguins and sharks and even watch meal times. Its a bit expensive during peak hours but you can save a lot booking online and after 3pm. After 3 theres not too many people around and the queue at the entrance is really short. Its the best time to go.

In the area theres also the County Hall which has arcades, bowling and bumper cars. Its reasonably priced aswell compared to other places. Theres also always things going on in the area so its a nice day out for the family.
