Look, I get that this place is historic and the work inside amazing, but I just could not get past the overcrowding. This place was packed, the routing takes you deep in the bowels of the building, up multiple sets of stairs, down stairs, through dark passage ways, etc. and I just think if there was an incident, there would be major problems getting everyone they jammed in there out safely. Some of the floor plans are open with multiple celebrities beautifully presented at every nook and cranny, but that just adds to the chaos and bedlam inside as everyone tries to get their pictures with their favorite stars and celebrities. No organized queuing and very little staff inside to maintain order or safety, IMHO. The lines were around the building and we had pre-purchased our time in line, online, or so we had thought. I think they need a visit from a local fire marshall. It is truly an amazing venue that everyone must, and should, see, but they have got to get more organized and add a little focus on patron safety.
