We just stated 3 nights at Tune Westminister and we love our stay there. If your expectation are for a clean and safe room with a good location, this is the hotel. It's less than 1 minute walking distance from Lamberth North station. Waterloo station is about 10 minutes away. Near lots of eating places too and Costa is in the same building. There's a Chinese place and Japanese place across the road from Tune's.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your kind feedback of your experience with Tune Westminster, we love that you loved your stay with us!

Indeed, a clean and comfy room in a safe central location with a “can do” attitude staff is guaranteed at all Tune Hotels, and more importantly it all comes at a very competitive price.

Thank you also for your local recommendations, we are looking forward to welcoming you back again.

Kind Regards,

Ave Jaanus

Arrived Sunday afternoon, left luggage (cost of £2.50 per item). Pay the extra £2 per person for towels, save carrying them with us! Excellent value for money for London city centre. Room very small but we knew that - we were in 512 but asked to move as sooo tiny for two of us. Went in 107 slightly bigger and bigger window, so felt more roomy! Cannot really fault anything, comfy bed, clean, excellent shower, not somewhere to stay for long as only 4 hangers (over mirror) We were there for 3 nights. Worst thing is the air vent system. Air con you can switch off, but not the air vent system, which is loud but you eventually get use to it.
Fantastic location - Lambeth North tube - across the road. 10 mins walk from the London Eye/Embankment. Found a great cafe - Wesley's cafe - Methodist Hall, almost opposite Westminster Abbey - for breaky, very popular. We normally stay in the 'bigger' hotels but wanted a cheap break away and this sufficed.

Room Tip: Don't always take what you are given first!!!

Dear Guest,

Thank you for leaving your comments of your recent stay with Tune Hotel Westminster.

I am glad to read that you enjoyed your short break with us and found us as excellent value for money.
Our rooms vary in size and layout and are subject to availability, glad to hear you found the second room more pleasing. However, despite the room size, a comfy 5 star bed and a hot refreshing power shower are always guaranteed for a good night sleep!

Thank you also for the great breakfast tip, it will be definitely useful for our future guests!

We hope to welcome you back again soon.

Kind Regards,

Ave Jaanus

We found this hotel to be in a great location, with a lot of the main attractions being close by. It's about a 400m walk to the London Eye and about 1km into the city centre. The room is clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. It is a small room but big enough to sleep in and for the 2 of us it was fine.
The only thing is you are on a main street therefore the traffic can be quite noisy and the street lights quite bright through the windows but there isn't much the hotel can do about that.
There is a great little coffee place down stairs on the corner where we ate breakfast each morning and the coffee was delicious, huge, but delicious. For the price and location this hotel is definitely worth staying at, would stay here again.

Only 1 minutes walk from the tube station and 5 minutes from Westminster bridge, the bed in the room itself is comfy enough - but the room is tiny - would not want to stay in there with another person despite it allegedly being a double room - also air con very noisy, but could not turn off due to road noise if window opened

After searching all the comparison websites this hotel continually came out the cheapest. What you get is what you pay for.. Bobby basic! Although you can add "luxuries" such as room cleaning and towels if you wish - for an extra charge of course!

The rooms are very compact and it was definitely worthwhile paying slightly extra to get a room with a window!

The ensuite was small and perfectly formed however had a glass door which looked very nice but wasn't very practical as there was a gap down the side and you could see your travel partner sitting on the toilet! On the first evening I went for a shower and had to promptly stop showering as the drain wasn't working and proceeding to flood the bedroom! My partner ran downstairs (no phone in the room) and the hotel handy man appeared with his plunger - quick service! The bathroom sealant could do with being replaced as it is quite grotty in places.

The bed was perfectly comfortable to rest your head after a day sightseeing however the constant filling up of the toilet detracted from quality of sleep at times.

Would definitely stay here again if I was to do London on a budget again and would recommend this hotel for similar purposes.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for sharing your experience at Tune Hotel Westminster with TripAdvisor community.

I am delighted to read that you had a good stay with us and that we managed to offer you the best value for your money.
Even though our rates are a bargain, we do not compromise on areas like cleanliness, customer service and comfort. Therefore thank you for highlighting our famous Hypnos mattress which offered you a relaxing comfort after a long day out and about and for pointing out that the standard of the service was second to none.

I also appreciate your comments regarding the areas of improvement, we will definitely look into it and hopefully on your next stay we can offer you a 5 out of 5 stay without any cons!

Thank you once again for your comments and also for recommending us, we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again very soon.

Kind Regards,
