Such a great change from standard high street Indian restaurants in that the food is all veggie and tastes wonderful. We shared a Masala Dosa to start and then two of us had different thalis and the third person in our party chose separate dishes from the menu. The thalis both had a really interesting selection of dishes including a sweet, wet dishes, bread and rice. The main course dishes also went down very well. We have been eating at veggie Indian restaurants between us for many years and this will take some beating. The staff were there to just the right level. Not bothering us but never far away when we needed a drink or to ask a question. If you are new to veggie Indian food then I strongly recommend trying a thali, don't worry nothing here will knock you over chilli wise.

was recommended here by staff from planet organic. food was nice. ordered some onion bhajis - big portion for a £3.70 starter - Would have been perfect for two. The bhajis came with a coconut and coriander dip which was different and very fresh tasting with the coconut bits in the dip. Plenty of choice on the menu. I ordered a chickpea curry and some chapatis. Curry was good. Chapatis very dry, however. Meal came up to £11.90, and unlike a lot of London establishments, they don't add a compulsory service charge. Service was polite and food served rapidly. Decor was pretty.

A great selection of dishes with good flavours and authenticity and it's nice to get some dishes truly spicy rather than being scared of the chilli. Service hit and miss, very good friendly staff but some lacking in comprehension. Toilets a bit naff and dirty.

Myself and my fiancee have given up meat for lent so we were looking for somewhere with a good vegetarian option when we came across this just walking down Tottenham Court Road. We were welcomed in on a cold Sunday evening to a wonderful menu promising wonderful flavours in each dish.
We had vegetable samosas and some form of flat potato pancake for starters and oh wow, they rocked our socks! Both starters were fresh, clean and simply wonderful with the delicate balance of herbs, spices and rich textures whilst being light enough to welcome the main course.

I had the vegetable biryani main course which came with a couple of sauces and rice whilst the boy had what appeared to be a huge pancake filled with cheese, which he ate every morsel of! My vegetable biryani was truly marvelous. A lot of thought goes into each dish to offer a really tasty and unique dining experience where meat would actually be detrimental to each plate, as it would ruin the perfect balance which has been created for each dish.

I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who appreciates a great meal at an even better price.
