Good location, very nice and new hotel. This is really a convention-type place for masses. It is charmless but effecient. If you are there for business, this is a good, reliable option with no soul.

Thank you Oscar36111 for your review.

I’m sorry to note that you experience was not completely satisfactory. We are a large hotel however, that is no excuse for an impersonal service.

I have shared your comments with the team and we all appreciate your review, we do hope you will return for a even better experience.

LIked the location of the hotel a lot, right behind London eye and right across Westminster bridge!perfect.
We booked a room with a Big ben view and got a view of St. Thomas Hospital- which is not a nice view!Could change the room to an upper floor after complaining and waiting. House keeping can improove- beds wernt done by 4- even us leaving the room by nine. Reason as explained: If you stay only for two nights, we will not make your room- Interesting excuse in a 4**** Hotel.
The room itself is quite nice, huge windows, gret bathromm, we had a studio with two TVs.

The espressobar is nice , quiet and great coffee. The breakfast room is ennoying, doesnt have a view bit unfriendly people who do not really care about the costumer- dirty tables.

Overall- great hotel- fancy interior- but people can do much much better!

Sorry Sabine1958 for your experience, we appreciate your review, thank you.

A great idea for your next visit for breakfast with a view is our Executive Lounge, for only £39 per person per day, you can enjoy a fantastic view, canapés, afternoon tea and evening drinks, during opening hours.

Also, please note for you next visit should you wish to have your room serviced earlier during the day, please do let us know and Housekeeping will be happy to oblige as rooms are serviced daily.

I have shared your comments with the team and they all express their thanks for your feedback.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in May 2012. We found the hotel to be in a fantastic location. It is a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station, London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and more. A hop on hop off bus stop is only 2 minutes away and there is wonderful views of Houses of Parliament and Big Ben as you step out of the elevators on your floor. The service was friendly and the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. This is a large modern hotel and we found the price to be reasonable by London standards. We would recommend and stay again.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Excelent service, friendly and efficient staff. I had very good experience and pleasure to spend some time in the bar as I popped in for a drink and I was amazed how good it was. Loved the way I was was served by the barman named Laurinas who provided very high-class service. Traveling around the world is one of my main activities and to be honest not many places can offer such a great atmosphere. Im 100% pleased and looking forward to go back there again and again..

Room Tip: I had a lovely view from the top of the hotel so my advice is to get one those rooms to have amazing...

We stayed two nights at this ultra modern hotel which is on the south bank of London but near Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. When reserving the room, I requested a one bedroom suite with a view of Big Ben. I was quoted a price of 324 euros for one night and 354 euros for the second night. I thought that wasn't so much considering we would have a view of Big Ben. When we arrived we went to our suite and discovered it was three rooms which were very nice but the balcony was locked so we couldn't see our view very well. However, we did discover the toilet was not clean and we got a housekeeper supervisor to take care of that. Twice we asked for a key to the balcony and did not get it. Finally, after asking for the 3rd time, we received the key and found our view was of the Waterloo Station tracks. We ate in Brasserie Joel for dinner and the food was delicious. Service on the side near the reception booth was much better than on the other side of the wall where service was spotty. Getting our luggage removed from our suite on check out took 30 minutes to be exact. The price of the room was not including the VAT of $190. Praise to the hotel bellman outside who got us cabs promptly.
