Description: Le Pont de la Tour is London's ultimate destination for fine French dining with breathtaking views. Located by Tower Bridge with dramatic panoramas across the City, the glamorous setting is matched with exquisite French cooking. In fine weather you can dine on our famous riverside terraces enjoying restaurant favourites such as Dover sole and foie gras alongside modern dishes. The adjoining Bar & Grill offers a sophisticated take on a Parisian brasserie, with a buzzing atmosphere and bistro-inspired food to match. An impressive wine list of Old and New World wines, overseen by Le Pont de la Tour's award-winning sommelier team completes the experience. Whether it's a luxurious three-course dinner, a relaxed lunch on the terrace or a cocktail in the Bar & Grill, dining at Le Pont de la Tour is unforgettable.

On this, my fourth or fifth visit (I live in an apartment above) I found the menu and, generally, the cuisine satisfactory. However, while the views of Tower Bridge and across the Thames may, in themselves, make a visit worthwhile, there is little doubt that the culinary experience has diminished progressively from its early halcyon days.

We were a group of five eating before the theatre. Unfortunately one of the party was delayed enroute. The staff were very helpful, ensuring he had his food as soon as possible when he did arrive, and for the rest of the us the food was provided promptly in time for the theatre. We had the three course menu for £20 including a small glass of wine. There was a reasonable range of choices, and the food we had was well prepared and delicious. The wine was lovely too. The staff were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this well presented but relaxed restaurant close to Tower Bridge.

Very nice place with magnificent view on London Bridge. Service is very good (mostly Italians) and food is also high level (best of French and Italian ...). What makes unique is a menu (which I noticed in the last two times I went waiters "forgot" to propose) at 30 £ or similar and which you would expect at least ton pay double.
