Booked here for one person for lunch with a 3 course meal. Took an extra cup of wine and a bottle of still water.
The service was great, the meal was also really good.
The entree was duck liver with brioche, mushrooms and a small salad. the duck was mounted as a mousse. It was really well flavored and well balanced.
The main plate was pork with sand carrots and mashed potatoes. The pork and sand carrots were great and the dressing of carotte with orange was wonderful. But the bad point of it was the mashed potatoes which were bland and savorless.
The dessert was a strawberry tart with different textures in it and while the dressing of lemon and strawberries was nice, the dessert wasn’t really particular. Meanwhile it was still really good.
To conclude a great restaurant for a one star restaurant (there are still some small details which separate it from a 2 star restaurant but for this price if you want a great experience in a nice place go there)
