The Courtauld is a wonderful experience thanks to the quality of the works, its setting in the gorgeous Somerset House and the way the works are displayed.
Contrary to other museums all paintings are properly lit ,the explanations are interesting, easy to read and at eye level, even the provenance is legible(I wish I could say the same for the Louvre the Victoria and Albert and many others).
It reminds you of the Frick in New York.
