This was the first time I stayed at the Arch Hotel and it was definitively a great experience. It is a little hotel EXCELLENTLY MAINTAINED with a great and tasteful decor....it is very well located in a very nice neighborhood.

The staff is very friendly and committed to serve you all the time! Really nice to feel that you have some one to help you with any issue you might have.

I truly recommend this hotel!!!!

The hotel is located close to marble arch and hyde park, within walking distance to marble arch tube station, paddington station, oxford street (if you want to do some shopping) and close enough to the west end, so a taxi ride for 2 is cheaper than the tube.
The place is nicely decorated, good service, well sized rooms and bathrooms.
The only thing I didn't like (at all!) is that the shower has no curtain, only a glass screen coverning half of the space (where a courtain should be) so the bathroom floor gets absolutely wet. Everyday we had to wipe the floor with one of the towels so we could wak again into the bathroom. with so many nice details, I don't know how they could miss that.
The area in general is safe, and there are plenty of restaurants (mostly lebanese or morrocan) nearby.

The Arch is a true hidden gem in London. Its in a great great location (with parking right outside!). We stayed here on the bank holiday weekend and were really impressed. The staff at check in wee friendly and attentive. It was also really quick. Our room was massive by London standards with very cool furnishings (we thought about putting one of the armchairs in our bag when we left but wasn't sure if we could get away with it)!

The best bit of the room was the pop up tv at the end of the bed - now i want one at home!!

The bathroom shower had amazing water pressure and was a mixture of settings and jets to keep you clean!

Hotel was really impressive, reasonably priced for a luxury boutique and well worth a visit for visitors to London or locals needing a city retreat!

Room Tip: we stayed in the Sullivan with a small terraced patio (great for smokers!)

Can anyone tell me any hotel where the general manager comes out to wish you a pleasant stay? How about knowing you have flown from another country and therefore already having the relevant power adapter in your room? Or even an urgent phonecall to housekeeping to sew a button back on a shirt and having it returned in less than 10 minutes? These are just some of the amazing things we experienced on our 2nd return to what is now, hands down our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at.
Grant Powell, the general manger and his team are there to make your stay feel like home. They want you to feel like you can ask for anything and if you do, they will accept that challenge.
We were very lucky to have been upgraded to a beautiful junior suite as it was our anniversary, although my understanding is all rooms come complete with full sky cable access, complimentary water, soft drinks and juices from the mini bar and not to forget the awesome coffee machine. The beds are comfy, the complimentary toiletries top notch and it would be absolutely remiss of me to not mention the stone oven cooked pizzas we ordered from room service. Hands down the nicest we have had outside Rome.
By no means this hotel is not the cheapest in London, but compared to other 5 star hotels nearby, this is incredible value for money and well worth the expense to spoil yourself for a night or 2.
I thank Grant Powell and his staff for making us feel like the most important people in the world and confidently say we will continue to return to this hotel each year when we return to London.
Do yourself a favour and treat yourself too!

We just loved it! This small boutique hotel is well located smart sophisticated and swanky! The rooms are nice sized for a city hotel and I had read all the reviews about the bathrooms and was not disappointed they were fabulous. This is my 7th trip to London and my first stay at the arch but it will not be my last. And it's so nice to have the mini bar drinks included. Also we needed to ship our daughters bags home and the concierge was extremely helpful and efficient .

A small boutique hotel as stated. With all the charm of Old English style in a stream lined modern way. I was met throughout the halls and restaurants with welcoming hospitality. It seemed that everything was designed to help you relax from your day. I have to commend Theo the concierge. He has set an amazing example of service and guidance to London's offerings. Thank you to everyone there.

To note I have rarely slept as soundly as I did in this establishment. Comfortable, quite and dark rooms.
