Stayed here for 1 night in July 2010 with my husband. We were looking for a West End located boutique hotel with lots of character and we got it! Perfect location for shopping and sight-seeing. The hotel itself has lots of charm and the room felt very different to your typical hotel room - in a good way! We really appreciated the large, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and also the large bathroom which was very well-equipped with almost everything you could want. Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the heart of London's Soho on three separate occasions and it's wonderful. It's a boutique hotel, with a brilliant restaurant attached.

The rooms are prefect; and they provide everything from cotton buds to toothpaste. If you simply turned up with a spare pair of knickers everything is there for you! A wonderful range of toiletries too- again, everything you could possible want.

It's extremely reasonably priced and the staff are lovely.

My only problem is that if too many people start going there I might not get in!

Very highly recommended.

We stayed in the Dean Street Townhouse ofr my partners daughters 18th Birthday. We were treated like royalty.the rooms are very comfortable and the facilities, bathrooms, Ipod doc, TV Digital Radio and the best biscuits make a good room great. The bed is something lese and having seen it, it was anounced that Sunday would be all day spent in bed! The restaruant had a great atmosphere, very relaxed with the right amount of attention and good food to make it feel special without being uptight.

Would recommend this Hotel, especially if you book early and get a room just off Oxford street in the heart of Soho for £95. We have already booked for January next year and are only trying to work out when else we can come down and stay.

The brand spanking new Dean Street Hotel (part of the Soho house collection) is, like the rest of the chain, stunning. Edwardian and Victorian styling and opulent luxury await you in the hotel . Your room will be lavish and coloured in famous tones, the bed super high quality that will ensure you will have no desire to rush out of. The AV in the room is excellent, dvd player, sky + television, bose sound dock and off course your right in the heart of Soho.

I'd stay again!

Centrally located (on a lively Soho street, between Shaftesbury Ave and Oxford St), this is a stylish hotel with rooms that have been designed with great attention to detail. Although we stayed in what was described as a 'tiny' room, it was fine for a week end and I've stayed in similar sized hotel rooms that have not been described quite so honestly. The bathroom was fantastic, there was enough room to walk around the decent sized bed and a place to hang clothes and store a small suitcase.

Staff in the hotel were helpful and attentive, and the only let down was the associated restaurant next door. It's a lovely place for a (somewhat pricey) drink at the bar, but the food is okay rather than great. There are better places to eat in London. On walking in to the restaurant from the hotel, firstly for an early dinner, and later for a post-theatre drink, we were completely ignored on both occasions by staff who seemed interested in anything but their customers. The barman was a friendly chap though.

As others have noted, this hotel is on a busy street full of bars, so I imagine rooms facing Dean St could be noisy, but then you are in the centre of London. I'll be staying here next time I'm in London, but I'll be eating elsewhere.

Went for Sunday lunch in their restaurant, food was fantastic amazing roast beef and vegetables.shame we were so full as wanted to sample the desserts. A first class hotel in the centre of the city. We arrived at Dean Street Townhouse after approximately 1.5 days of travelling and loved it. We had the medium-sized room which was plenty big and the bathroom was larger than some NYC apartments! The towels are nice and fluffy, the bath products are full-sized and from their related spa/Cowshed (and smell wonderful btw). The butler, Martin, was very kind and included milk in our mini-fridge for our toddler as an extra special touch. The restaurant's breakfast was delicious and very English and our dinner there was also tasty. We even saw Jamie Oliver, aka The Naked Chef, eating breakfast in the private dining room on our way back to our room.
