Replicates the restaurant in Nice, with it's impeccable ingredients and fresh taste, in all the smallest details. If simple things are prepared to exacting standards, the rest is easy, the roast peppers were amazing, and all the classic dishes too. The scrambled eggs with Perigord truffles, delicate rich and inimitable. The only dish needing rethinking was the pissaladiere, the onion pizza, a disappointment for such an establishment, and with such Nicois tradition and culture.
The owner in Nice, sitting at the entrance can be a pain and often unwelcoming to Patrons. London feels a breath of fresh air.
