The manager and his wife are two of the most grumpy landlords I've come across. Their daughter works in there sometimes and she looks to be only about fifteen. At the weekend they sit and count money from the tills right in the middle of the customers?!
The interior is so dirty you actually stick to some of the seats and floor which are still the same from what looks like the 80's. There are three ladies toilets and only one seems to have a lock. The glasses are cleaned in what seems like a dishwasher from the 80's and they have a film over the glass which doesn't taste good.
The only reason we drink in this pub on the odd occasion is because there's only one other pub in this immediate area which has the same problems.
They have a very high turnover of staff (which are not family) and I've heard some of them complain about the management and pay delays in the toilet.
One good thing is that is has a few TV's which are good for sport.
