This was an ideal birthday gift for someone who likes something a bit different. A friendly and knowledgeable guide told us all we needed to know about the Thames and the buildings that line the bank, before speeding along the river for an exhilarating ride. Glad it wasn't raining though!

What an amazing way to see the city. Bill was an amazing tour guide who was very funny, knowledgeable and a all round stand up guy. He truly made us all feel at ease and ensured that he included everyone in the conversation. 5 stars, one of the best attractions we have ever been to.

Don't often give 5-star reviews, this is probably the 2nd or 3rd, but this trip was very deserving. OK. We were lucky with the weather. Dry, blue sky, and not too cold. But everything about the trip was excellent. From the staff who greeted us, to the guide on the RIB, and the ride itself. There's a bit of "slow" cruising at first which gives you plenty of time to admire the riverside and see the sites before they speed up after Tower Bridge. The music choice might be a bit corny (think Miami Vice, James Bond), as you pull high speed banked turns and get airborne as you cross he wakes of other vessels, it doesn't matter, it's just right. I loved it, wifey loved it, kids loved it. In case anyone is wondering, we didn't get wet \ splashed. It was v windy so even on a warmer day a woolly hat might be in order. And would I go again. Most definitely.

We hired the entire boat for my birthday celebration. Bill & Rich were great. We were very lucky with the weather - beautiful sunny October day. It was cold on the water despite this so worth wrapping up warm. Also, the life jackets are somewhat smelly! However, it was fantastic fun. We went faster than I thought it would, lots of turning. Got to experience London from the river and see Greenwich from the water (beautiful) and go through the Thames Barrier.

Bill & Rich were enthusiastic and entertaining. Thank you!

Stacy was our guide and Nick was our captain! We started with a lovely gentle cruise up to Tower Bridge, then Nick put his foot down and gave us a spectacular speed boat experience.. not for the faint hearted... I found myself screaming a couple of times!!
Then a great relaxed tour all the way back Stacy was great fun and very knowledgable.. worth every penny, highly recommend.. Wear a warm coat very windy and chilly!!

I wish - less than an hour before we were due to enjoy our experience the trip was cancelled due to mechanical issues..4 of us had traveled from Yorkshire to enjoy a day in London and this was a big part of our plans - taxi's and logistics all sorted around this trip so disappointment does not even cover it. We were given an alternative so again more taxi costs only to find that no-one at that pier had ever heard of the contact we were given - so gave up at that point - an afternoon wasted.

The staff were polite when I spoke to them on the phone but totally unprepared for such an occurrence - no back up plan - just cancel. We were treating a friend for a big birthday so this was embarrassing and costly. A refund of initial costs was given but no compensation for the taxi's and wasted afternoon which I find very poor customer service.

So would I risk it again - no way

A brilliant experience along the Thames. Was given loads of history about London before being "rocketed" along the Thames. Bill & Scott were both amazing and would strongly suggest anyone to give it a try. So much fun, would have loved it to have gone on longer.

This is such a great experience - interesting London facts for the tourists - as a Londoner with my 7 year old the slow bit were a bit 'boring' - but could see the tourists loved it & the delivery is so 'dry' - very funny
The speedy part is fantastic - great music and both the whole boat loved it - highly recommend!!!will definitely do this again
