Customer service with a smile. From the moment I entered this hotel, all staff greeted me with a smile and were willingly prepared to point me in the right direction. Some people would complain about the price and the size of the rooms. To me this was not a factor. You get what you pay for. I paid for a bed and a place to stop for a few nights. Clean, tidy and sufficient room to prepare for the next day. Close to grocery shopping for the economical traveller and walking distance from several restaurants and takeaways, including the one attached to the hotel.

For the weary traveler, just 20 pound from Paddington Station via the express from Heathrow Airport. Taxi service next door.

Room Tip: Clean and tidy. Ask for room on the ground floor if you are claustrophobic

I picked this one off Agoda in search of a cheap accommodation for myself for a night and it did serve its purpose. Affordable and with an attached taxi service for catching an early morning flight. However, the room in the basement was nothing but a cubby hole - claustrophobic and nerve-sapping.
The staff at the front desk do not help with the luggage nor do they even greet their guests with a smile. The Agoda adverts say this is just close to the Tube station but it is really quite a walk away, as I discovered to my chagrin.
Among the positives, loads of shops around and I had some real good dinner options, as also some last minute essentials from the Sainsbury right across. Would I ever return? No way!

Room Tip: Avoid the basement if you can!

Got a twin room for £50 from late rooms making good value, good location close to shops, pubs, trains, polite staff, basic and good breakfast, basic room, tv, comfy beds, nice hot shower, clean, Downsides, really slow elevator. Load trafic at times. If you can get a special deal, fantastic

Stayed here for the weekend to go sightseeing in London, a fair way from central London but there is a main bus route straight to Victoria that stops right outside the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and checking in was easy, room was quite small but wasn't a problem. Rooms were very clean and well equipped including tea making facilities and a stand up fan. Went down the to restaurant and had a lovely meal! Breakfast was basic but there was enough choices. My only criticism is how warm the room gets through the day with the window shut, however that is easily solved by the use of the fan provided. Overall a very nice experience:-)

London 2 nights over the weekend. Double room tiny and we were told all the rooms were the same size. Very tired and in need of refurb. Bathroom teeny and cracked tiles and not very clean. Good location and cheap but won't be back... There website is very misleading.. Continental breakfast DIY

Room Tip: Don't believe the website

Booked by a colleague as we had to go to a conference fairly near by. Room was small and needed attention. Meal in restaurant was ok but nothing to write home about.

Breakfast had the entertainment of two of the METS finest investigating two of the guests. Probably fair to say I would not stay again
