My husband and I are in the midst of our 4 night stay at the Dixon. The place has a cool boutique vibe and feels relatively new. Interesting location, but far from conveniently located to the Underground (15 min walk) on most main attractions other than the Tower of London or the Tower Bridge. The service at every turn in this place is simply abysmal. The staff are nice enough, but they are just not skilled or prepared in their roles. The English language barrier is profound with front desk staff, restaurant servers and housekeepers. Literally everyone makes at least 2 mistakes before getting your needs right. Again, they are nice enough, but the service is a mess. Staying here is an exercise in patience and definitely detracts from the experience.
