Overall, I'm very satisifed with this aparatment.
Check in and check out was problem free. Service minded and nice staff.
We had ordered apartment whit separat bedroom, which I assumed was an own bedroom with a door. It wasn't, the bedroom was away from the living room and kitchen area, but no door.
The apartment was quite small, you will not make a big dinner in that kitchen, but it was clean and modern. Cleaned every day. TV both in the living room area and in the bedroom.
The apartments are close to a M&S shop with selection of food and drinks, and a big Salisbury is within a couple of minutes walking distance. Also just a few minuts walk to two different tube stations.
The area was very quiet, no noise at night. Good for a family travelling with a small child.

Stayed with my wife and newborn to be near Cromwell Hospital. Amazing location right near tube station in a lovely neighbourhood blocks from tons of restaurants. Very accommodating staff, beautiful luxurious rooms. Great value for money. Highly recommend

We stayed 5 nights, we had a double room and 2 sofa beds in the lounge, the sofa beds where better than in most places.
Everything is very clean , well equiped and very quiet.
There is an M&S food store at the end of the road, which is very convinient. Earls Court tube station is only a 4 minute walk.
Will stay again

Great location, just a short walk to Earls Court station, and from there you can get anywhere in London. Also a good bus service. The apartment was excellent. We were on ground level, with the living room facing the street, but had no trouble with noise. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was so good to have a washer/dryer, much appreciated when travelling for a few months. Decent pubs and restaurants are close by, and M&S Simply Food is great for provisions, they have a decent range of ready-made meals - cheaper than dining out. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. The only tiny problem was that staff congregated on the lower-ground floor, below our window, to smoke and the smell seeped into our apartment. Mostly we weren't there during the day, and it didn't happen at night, so not a problem really.

Room Tip: Barkston Gardens is a busy street in a residential area. There is a hostel across the road. If you a...

Great location near Earls Court tube station. Apartments were excellently equipped with dishwasher and washing machine (although we did not use them). Wished we could have stayed longer. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the Blackbird pub just down the road. Marks and Sparks food shop also down the road.
The apartment was clean and very modern. It faced the road but was very quiet at night.
My daughter said the put you up was a bit hard but we were told they could make it more comfortable with a topper but by the time we returned late at night we were too tired to ask.

Excellent location, bright, sunny, spacious enough, very clean. yes, we could live here forever ! we were a couple and an 11 year old daughter. we got an apartment not facing the garden but it was really good. Its location made it easy for my husband to go for his meetings and for me and daughter to visit the museums nearby. only wish they were a little cheaper.

Our family stayed here in August 2011. We agreed it was the nicest accomodation of our entire trip. These apartments are classy, modern, beautifully decorated, spacious - I could live there permanently! They have everything you could need.

The location is excellent, close to high street, tube, pubs, market.

We will definitely be going back!
