Stayed here with another couple for one night - wow what a find!

We paid £150 and the other paid £120 - both got upgraded to better rooms and we had a balcony overlooking the garden.

Check in was polite and efficent - the apartments themselves are fantastic! And for what you pay! WOW!

Every room was stylish and modern, comfortable furniture and a huge bed!

Beauty was that we bought some bits for breakfast from the supermarket and cooked breakfast in the morning - saving £10+ on a b&b breakfast and not having to get up early or get dressed with a hang over!

Will definitely use these again, such fab apartments for an amazing price!

Especially in Kensington - you can pay £200+ for a tiny box room which is dirty and old and pay about £30 a couple for a poor breakfast!

If you are in Kensington or Marylebone check them out!

We stayed in a deluxe studio for 3 nights. The reception was both professional and friendly. The studio was well maintained with all the comfort mentionned in the brochure. A nice double boxspring - sitting area with big screen TV and DVD player - small kitchen with fridge, small freezer, microwave/oven/cooking plate - waterboiler and coffeemachine - washing machine - small safe. The bathroom is rather small but very clean and with all the comfort you need. Daily housekeeping and changing of the towels. Located in a quiet part of London. A few hundred meters from the tube station Earl's Court (Picadilly and District/Circle lines). Easy access to the touristic center of the city. Good value for money.

We booked a 43sq flat (as it was adevrtised) for the NYE in Earls Court and when we arrived for the check in...the flat was 10sq less....very small to host a dinner with our friends..
We complained and tried to get a room for what we paid but all the flats were booked and the staff was quite arrogant and rude.
The flat was clean, and convenient but we were very very upset about the adversisement/price/surface.
Couple of days after, my card was charged 50pound more without any explantions which I am still waiting after several phone calls and emails...
So overall, the flat quality are ok but beware of their advertisement/prices/surface.

Dear Guest,

We are sorry to hear that you did not find our apartments to meet your expectations and would like to sincerely apologize for this.

We have three different categories and the measurements given are approx. guides to the apartments sizes. Depending from where located in the building some apartments might be slightly different from others. The receptionists have explained this in a courteous manner at the desk after your complaint and unfortunately there were no other apartments available that we could have changed with or upgrade to as we were fully booked .
We have offered a refund to match the price of the category below the one you have booked however this was refused by yourself at the desk.

With regards to the charge of £50.00 this was for smoking in the apartment, which is not allowed anywhere in the building. The charge is for the extra cleaning required in order to use the apartment for future stays.
This was explained to you on the phone on the 02nd of January and by email on the 03rd of January at 12.18.

We do however apologize once again for the inconvenience this may have caused you and would like to see you again in a future. We always value any comments our guests have as this help us improve our service.

Stayed here on New Years eve. It was a great stay. We arrived at about 10:30am and so the room wasn't ready however we didn't mind as you normally can't check in until 2pm anywhere anyway. The hotel looked after our luggage as we wondered around london. The location is great only 2 minute walk from the Earls court station.
We stayed in room A303. Looking over the gardens. The room was great we had huge! We have a large bed with wardrobe space then a separate kitchen and seating area with the flat screen on the wall. The hotel think about the quality all the way through with John Lewis cutlery and plates etc. no expense spared.

Breakfast arrived prepared on a tray with a large selection.

Cannot fault.

I spent a week at Presidential Apartments, Kensington. The studio was well-appointed and the staff very accommodating. Kitchen is fully equipped and a Marks and Spencer's Simply Food provides many grocery options plus late hours. Location near the Earl's Court Underground station puts you directly on the Piccadilly line to Heathrow and links with Circle and District, so transportation to most of London's major attractions is easy. Planning to go back next November.

Room Tip: If you don't like climbing stairs, be sure to request a room accessible by lift.

My wife, daughter and I stayed 4 nights at Presidential Apartments Kensington when we ended our 18-day road trip through England, Scotland and Wales.
The apartments are located just 2-3 minutes' walk from Earls Court tube station, on a street just off Earls Court Road lined with small hotels. It is very convenient because 3 lines run through Earls Court station - Piccadilly, District and Circle - which means you don't need to change trains to get to many tourist attractions in London.
There is an M&S Simply Food store, a Sainsbury Local store, and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance along Earls Court Road.
Our spacious and modern room had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a large TV - everything we needed for our stay. There's fairly good wi-fi connectivity which can be used for multiple devices simultaneously.
Our only complaint was that the pillows were too soft, and using more pillows did not help. But this is a really a matter of personal preference.

Nice location - 1 1/2 blocks from the tube(underground), room were nice - small apartments - shower took 2 days to master how it worked - people working there were extreme - some were very friendly and some were not at all. They use feather pillow and comforters - so if allergic - Mention it! Our washer/dryer in room didn't work and in fact locked our clothes in - they hired a mechanic - which of course messed up our schedule a bit - make sure-your works prior to settling in the room. The closest tube is Earl's Court - super location! We found that buying the London Pass was no big savings - just get your tube tickets daily and pay for attractions - save $ - it's expensive there in London!

Room Tip: They are all different - if you can go up one for an extra - larger size and more room to breathe.
