“Not good enough”
Reviewed November 8, 2013

Pros: Cheap meal, at £23/person for main course, olives and 1/4 bottle of wine.
Excuses: Busy before O2 evening event - but then it will be won't it? It's right in the entrance of the O2!
Cons: Chips cold and burger mediocre. £22 merlot out of stock so offered £32 (!) alternative. Asked to split the difference at £5 off, still they'd make huge profit but 'couldn't' do it; £19.95 house wine grim. No vinaigrete for friend's salad. Starters and mains arrived at the same time. Deafening music.
Conclusion: Don't do it.

“Lost Property”
Reviewed October 28, 2013

Don't ever lose anything whilst you're at this place. My wife and I went to a concert last Tuesday and went for a drink afterwards in this god awful place, she left her reading glasses behind on the bar, have been desperately trying to contact them via email and phone calls, spoke to one girl who originally sounded helpful but she never returned my call. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS ARE THEY STILL THERE!!!! if so I'll make a trip over, don't even want them to post them, just keep hold of them I'll do all the running. NOT VERY HELPFUL.

“Band branding but food is average”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

Chose to eat here as it was about the only one to make an effort to at least get into the spirit of who was playing with a band inspired menu but, food was about average for not an average price and you felt you were on a bit of a conveyor belt.

I did hear the waiter explain to another customer that they were a little short staffed that night which may have impaired the experience I had.

It wouldn't put me off totally coming here again but wouldn't be my first choice

“Felt Majorly Ripped Off”
Reviewed October 23, 2013

My only advice to anyone is avoid this bar. Lovely looking bar, we felt had made a big effort for the Peter Gabriel Concert - even having a menu with "It's Peter Gabriel Night at Union Square" special menu.

Little did we know when spending £8 per cocktail that if we ordered the same cocktail off the normal menu they were cheaper!

“Buzzing lively bar with good food”
Reviewed September 21, 2013 via mobile

Having strolled around the O2 before Rod Stewart's concert we opted to stop here. Very comfortable seats outside - great to watch world go by and close to arena entrance. It was extremely busy and staff were a little stressed but although it took a while for food to come it was ideal for a pre event supper. Slightly disappointed that the starter came with the main course but as it was nachos it went with the burgers ok. The bottle of merlot was excellent and not pricey by London standards. Must take issue with complaints 're ladies - they were perfectly clean and looked after by most pleasant Lady. The restaurant close by was charging £45 for steak so I think we had value for money - bill around £50 for two courses and wine including the add on service charge.
