We had 2 for 1 tickets and it still cost more than a family ticket to the London Dungeon which was far better and way more entertaining. Not good value for money and generally boring

This awful place costs us 50 GBP (1 child and 1 adult)
It is the worst tourist trap I have ever visited - go to the Natural History Museum it's free and you can actual find something interesting there.

Visited this because we were armed with Tesco money off vouchers and had a couple of hours to kill before the matinee showing of Les Miserables. To put it bluntly, it was mildly interesting but if I'd been paying full price, about £27 per head I'd have felt severely ripped off.
The staff seemed disinterested and there were a couple of school parties that were totally out of control and the staff did nothing to stop them...for that matter neither did their teachers!!?
Have awarded this 3 stars (average) with vouchers...without 1 star (terrible)...last resort kind of place.

The museum is very interesting and has lots of wonderful things inside but it is very expensive. We liked the exhibits but disliked the price.

Hardly awe-inspiring by today's standards, the only thing worth seeing were the shrunken heads. Many exhibits were not labelled and it was altogether extremely disappointing. I can only be thankful that I got a hefty discount because I had travelled to London by train. Feel very sorry for those who are paying full whack! Someone needs to do something about this place - we expect better in London.
