“Good for a quick drink, snack or a leisurely lunch”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

Located on the upper terrace of St Pancras Station, with outside seating as well as main bar and two dining areas. 3-4 real ales, reasonable wine choice, bar snack menu and a la carte dining. Service can be slow, depending on how busy it is (and it can get very busy). Food and drinks are a bit pricey, but this is central London and a prime location. Take the chance to look outside a the renovated station as well as the original features inside the pub. The atmosphere is buzzy, but not generally too noisy. The dining area closest to the bar is fairly informal with benches and high tables, whereas the bigger dining area is more formal.

“recommended”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

This was recommended by a friend. - we found all the staff friendly and efficient - we had beer (real ale) and white wine - then had a meal - lovely (a bit pricey) buyt you get what you pay for.
Will look forward to coming again when in London.

“Back on the pace”
Reviewed January 13, 2013

Been here a few times both for beer and food. Last visit was about a year ago and found nothing special. Visited on Saturday 12th Jan and really enjoyed it. Let's start with the staff. They are genuinely friendly and engaging- one doesn't feel one is being treated to an incantation of the menu. You feel like a human being- we chatted to our server about cricket of all things. Then there is the food. A good menu and beautifully served. Not huge portions but very tasty and well served. Decor is good as well..

“Great meeting place, great pub”
Reviewed January 13, 2013 via mobile

Located within St Pancras station, this pub is ideally situated as a meeting place. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Food is very good. There is an outside seating area at the back, in the unique setting of the St Pancras Station concourse with views of the architecture and Eurostar arrivals.

“Great pub on the platform”
Reviewed January 7, 2013

Visited here with a friend whilst waiting for a train.

The pub has a number of well presented rooms, we chose to sit out on the platform in a sort of terrace area out on the platform with views of the impressive St Pancras station and trains.

We had a couple of burgers each which were fantastic, just what we needed prior to a long train journey up north. Nicely cooked and very tasty. We even stayed a bit longer and had another beer!

Service was polite and friendly, and there's even a bar on the platform.

One of the best train station pubs you'll find.

Recommended.
