we dined at this strada when visiting london from the US. i was pleasantly surprised, quality of food was good (pizza and pasta), and my kids loved it. wine prices were decent i thought (we are used to being overcharged in the US). i didnt event realize it was a chain until days later. they are doing a good job at maintaining the quality. the staff was friendly as well and accomodating. i wish we had a similar chain in the US - Olive Garden and sbarro certainly are no match!

We had the three course set menu for just short of £13.00 each, really surprising, very good value and nice food to boot. How lovely to sit outside in Baker Street and enjoy a cigarette afterwards - does anyone remember that? Had a couple if nice bottles of chianti - worth a visit!

It is quite difficult to make a bad pizza but these guys succeeded. Basically the food was very average and so was the service. Terrible value for money.

I have never had any problems at this branch of Strada. The food is good and tasty and the place does not lack atmosphere. I've been here on a number of occasions, sometimes with work colleagues, and it has never disappointed. In the nicest possible way, Strada is what it is - a chain restaurant that offers good quality pizza, pasta and salads at decent value. If you're looking for something more upmarket, or looking to find the perfect this or that, best to avoid it. However, if you want an acceptable bottle of red, pizza comfort food and efficient and pleasant service, Strada Baker St ticks the boxes.

I have been dining at Strada for around 5 years, even before they were a large chain(if my memory serves me correctly they were established by Richard Caring of the Ivy)
Well, to say they have gone downhill is an understatement.
The chain has expanded, they have cut corners at every opportunity, paper as against cloth napkins, no complimentary bottled water, and the food quality has decreased considerably. The menu is a shadow of its former self.
I cannot comprehend how senior management can let a chain fail so badly. It is clearly been run by bankers rather than restaurateurs!
