Good value, friendly service and tasty food in a large tiled restaurant. Fish curry is especially good. Shame about the banging techno music which adds nothing to the atmosphere.

Although I've only ever gone for the very reasonably priced all you can eat lunchtime vegetarian buffet (which actually extends until 5 pm), the outstanding value for the quality of the dishes makes it well worth a visit from any corner of London. Whilst the selection isn't massive, they more than make up for it in their quite diverse and very flavourful preparation of whatever happens to be on offer.

Myself and 10 work colleagues went to spice grove for our Christmas meal. The waiter took a very long time to come and take our drink orders, and then forgot to bring some of the drinks. After taking the orders of food the starters came, they were all quite dry we wasn't offered and sauces. We was left for 45 min to eat out starters which actually took all of 10 mins, once they was clear, we then waited another 30mins to get out mains, usually in Indian restaurants you will get nan beard and popadoms on the table but we had to order them with our meals and pay for them. The main meal, I personally had Chicken Tikka Masala which having had that in the past I know it to be mild, this Masala destroyed all my taste buds it was very spicy. The waiter was no attentive, did not once check if we needed more water of wanted to order more drinks. I was not alone 7 out of 10 of us felt the same about the food and service. After spending nearly £300 very disappointed.
