Description: City commuters and dumpling enthusiasts alike love stopping by Dim T near London's Victoria station for after-work meals and leisurely lunches. Chic and cosy, Dim T restaurant serves up healthy steamed dim sum, hot cups of green tea and a selection of noodles, soups and classic curries that are simple, healthy, and blushingly brilliant. Popular with socialistas, media folk and dumpling connoisseurs, Dim T is an affordable and unshowy venue for business lunches and dinner dates, and the theatrical open-plan kitchen means you can watch the chefs steaming, and frying your food into palatable perfection. We love the chicken, wasabi and mushroom dim sum, the crispy duck pancakes and the won ton soup.

“Nice place”
Reviewed August 14, 2014

Decent enough place, very reasonably priced and food was quite tasty.

We had 5 dishes which was enough, only one dish disappointed slightly.

It was £40 for 2 with drinks included

“Worst curry ever”
Reviewed August 6, 2014 via mobile

Nice outside sitting area.
Nice Duck rolls for starter.

Slow service, awful curry - I've ordered Thai Green curry with shrimps. The curry itself was something that tasted like a school kitchen sauce - slimy but spicy. Terrible.

If you can avoid it ... do so !

“Surprisingly good, you want to come back for more!”
Reviewed August 6, 2014 via mobile

We went here in the last week of July, on wednesday it was quiet, so we were helped really quickly by super friendly staff and the food (malaysian butternut squash) was amazing! Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time that day, so we decided we'd come back on friday (make a reservation!). It was quite crowded, but again the staff was really friendly. Our dim sums tasted beautifully, but when we waited for 45mins for our main course we asked again for it and then it was made (they had forgotten it or something). It did taste great and our dessert (brownie!) was excellent as well. Absolutely a place to visit again!
