Very disappointed with our stay as this is supposedly a 4 star hotel. The room was tiny and very hot. The window only opened a bit so we were offered fans, the sound of the fans meant we could hardly hear the tv and they basically moved the warm air around. Hmmm. Most of the tv channels were scrambled and the room had no tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is in a cafe around the corner!

My partner and I stayed here for one night in April, and enjoyed our stay. The staff were polite, helpful and charming and the facilities and decor of the rooms and the hotel itself were of a high standard. I would recommend this Inn.

I stayed for 3 nights. Location is 45 minutes walk from the City so not having a tube station near by didnt really pose a problem. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming, complimentary drink on arrival was greatly appreciated! Food in the bar reasonalbly priced, simple wholesome food done well - I can recommend the steak and ale pie! Couple of niggles - WIFI wasnt working, TV in room couldnt pick up all terestrial channels and breakfast was only served from 7.30 which was a little late for me.
All in all though a very pleasant experience. I would definatley stay here again !

Wonderful staff, very friendly - couldn't fault them at all.

The room was a really funky design - really loved it. Really could do with a kettle though, the shower could do with a good clean around the edges and the communal areas could do with a tidy up (but nothing serious).

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but the veggie burger I ordered was poor - the rest of the customers appeared to be enjoying their's so I guess I was just unlucky.

Parking is a pain but public transport is pretty good there.
Surprising quiet for the area too.

Didn't expect much for the price and location, but this gorgeous Inn was homely and yet contemporary. The staff treated me and my boyfriend with the best service we could have imagined. They were friendly and welcoming and just couldn't have been nicer. The room was quite small, but had everything you could want from a short stay. Nice bathroom, nice bed, It was clean, comfy, well designed and modern. They happily served us in the bar throughout the night and we felt really at home. Would highly recommend.
Thumbs up from us!

Used this hotel as per a recommendation - within a coulple of stops of the O2 arena and did not expect this kind of quality for the price. enjoed it so much stayed late the next day and had lunch. Higfhly recomend the British Tapas - great idea for kids and adults.

I hear it is the first of a chain - look forward o see more of these.
