Description: Terroirs is a well established natural wine bar serving drinks with energy and food with respect. Terroirs is split between two levels. The street-level restaurant has some outdoor seating and a large bar counter that can seat up to 14 people, with a great view of the open kitchen. The Cellar downstairs has very high ceilings and original brick walls, with a separate kitchen and bar area. As well as being a dinning room, it's used for in-house events such as winemaker dinners and movie screenings, and is also available for private hire.

Some interesting offal dishes, efficient friendly service and good buzz but rather noisy. Not cheap considering the decor.

We choose this restaurant because it is close to the theater where we were going to see Les Miserables.
A concept and decoration of French inspiration, small tables, a lot of people on Saturday at 18h. There was not time for much, ate 3 small plates and a garrafe of withe wine. Ate one scalop (too much fat in it), smoked eel, raw meat. It was medium.
For me it's a restaurant with no history, but ok, i have not experienced the main dishes neither been there much time ...
It may be a good choice for those who go to the theater in the area, but make a reservation if you want to eat….

Another Toptable deal although the resulting bill did not reflect this. The venue is atmospheric and very French, as were the waiters who were patchy regarding the service they provided. On one hand they were attentive on the other brusque and bordering on rude. There was a lot of rushing around and colliding with chairs so we asked to be moved to a table overlooking the bar which was better. My wife had the Tuscan chopped steak, I had the Salt Beef as starters which were both good. As mains we chose Confit of Duck which according to my wife was a little salty
( this could be just personal taste) I had the Rabbit which was delightful, however the star turn was the Chocolate Ganache which was superb. The restaurant was busy with diners and drinkers ( it is a wine bar too) so they are clearly doing something
right, but they need to review the seating arrangements and slow down after all dining is supposed to be a relaxing affair not carried out on what effectively was a race track with diners impeding the waiters!

We had an early dinner here before a show--it's very convenient to most of the West End theatres. The menu is rather small but with a good variety of items, many of them seasonal. We took four different starters and entrees, along with an appetizer of scratchings (similar to fried prok rinds but ten times better). Everything was lick-the-plate good. The restaurant must work with a specialty butcher, as there were several items mentioning his name (which I've failed to remember). I had one of his pork chops: it was thick, juicy, tender and flavorful. One of the girls had a mushroom salad--and she is normally not a mushroom fan--and was mopping up the last remnants with a crust by the end.

I would happily return for another early dinner before a show. Reservations are a must, though.
