Rooms are quite clean, bathroom small.
Anyway, nothing that deserves a special reward.
Front desk guys very helpful and professional, 5 minutes from the tube station.
At the same price you can find something better around.
Booking well in advance it's advisable as it's very popular in Earls Court .

Room Tip: Ask for a first floor room with balcony

Really convenient, just a few minutes to Earl Court tube station. However, it’s small and you could hardly open your luggage. The window facing the street is nice and the abundant sunlight. Definitely don’t take the room in the basement.

We just spent 7 nights in a family room at the hotel, and enjoyed it. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location (just around the corner from the Earl's Court station, and in a neighborhood full of restaurants) was perfect. Breakfast wasn't exciting, but totally acceptable. It's not a luxurious place by any means, but it's comfortable - and it's just a place to lay your head after exploring the city all day. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

A charming old building. Rooms are cramped but comfortable. The bed and linens are first rate. Bathrooms also small but well appointed. The included breakfast makes up any shortcomings. Really nice, refreshing choice of breakfast options. Very helpful staff.

Great location beside Earls Court tube stn. Hotel is currently under renovations ( stairwells being painted; paint fumes and dust not pleasant). Triple room ( Rm212 ) recently renovated. Reasonable decor but room and bathroom way too small for 3 persons. Unable to manoeuvre around end of beds to access wardrobe. No hangers/hooks in bathroom . Wifi/TV signal very poor. Breakfast ok,small breakfast room and breakfast only served till 9 a.m. Ok for a night or 2 but not for any longer.
