“Nice and well-situated”

This hotel is just a few steps from Earl's Court station, where you can move to everywhere in London using Piccadilly or District Line. The room was small but comfortable, the bathroom was clean and breakfast is adequate. Just a bit too much dust in the room, if you could work on this, your future customers would appreciate. Nonetheless, I would choose the hotel if I were to visit London in the future.

The good:
The room was clean. We had booked for 5 nights here but as soon as we saw the tiny toilet and the room itself, I went down to reception and asked to change rooms. Unfortunately, all toilets are the same, I was told. The staff was kind enough to give me a refund for 4 nights.
The location is just around the corner from Earl's court underground

The bad:
The tiny room and toilet. There's only enough room to walk around the bed. The suitcases had to be opened on the bed. The toilet was even smaller than that on an airplane. I could only stand sideways when I showered. It was really claustrophobic and you couldn't pay me to stay there again.
The noise level was quite loud. We had asked for a quiet room and it was 2 rooms away from the elevator! We could hear the train from the underground and also people walking in the corridor.
The rate charged was around 110 pounds which is really unreasonable. 50 pounds would be more reasonable.

Thank you ‘Josephine100’ for taking the time to post a review about your experience at our hotel.

I am sorry you found our rooms and bathrooms bit small. The bedrooms are small but this is not unusual for London. Specially when space is at premium in London we opted for space saver modular bathrooms in some of the room in order to maximise the space in the bedroom.
Most guests find our rooms very well appointed accommodating modern facilities like Air conditioning, Flat screen wall mounted TV, Tea and Coffee maker, Telephone etc.

We are superbly located next to Earls Court Underground giving easy access to all parts of the city. There is some noise from the station but again this is by no means unique to our hotel as London is an extremely large and noisy place. We tried our best by offering you another bedroom upon addressing your issue with our staff at reception.

The price you paid does reflect to the demand in the area at the time of booking. We constantly monitor our prices to be in line with other 3 star accommodation providers in the area and provide good value for money as mentioned in many reviews about our hotel on various internet sites.

Many thanks ‘frahman12’ for posting a review.
I am shocked and concerned to learn of your experience at our hotel. We take security of the building and our guests very seriously.
Along with my Head Housekeeper we have checked the area you stayed in and each numbered key opens a specific room. My only thought is that a master key for that area was handed out by mistake by the evening receptionist although I don’t know how this could have happened as they are locked away and are on different key fobs in a different part of the reception.
As a result of your complaint we have retrained the staff on security procedures.
I would like to apologise on behalf of my staff and the hotel.

Stayed two nights in a single room. Good location close to the Earls Court underground station. Good if you are coming directly from Heathrow or going to the airport directly from the hotel as it is on the same line. Nice room, I have stayed in smaller rooms in London. The bathroom is very small, but it works. Nice staff. Breakfast room small and I think the included breakfast is oversold, it is not much. The are a lot of fast food and other restauraurants nearby, and also some convinience stores.

I had a room facing the underground station. The good thing is that it is close to the station the bad is that you can hear the trains and updates about the traffic situation. You can also both see and hear flights approaching Heathrow - so it is noisy to have a room in that direction, especially if you have the window open.

Room Tip: Rooms to the station noisy with trains and also flights landing at LHR. Romms to the street there ca...

Inner city hotel rooms are usually small. This hotel takes this to the extreme - the shower was so small it was hardly possible to turn around! I tried to reject the room as soon as we were shown it but was refused a refund. Will DEFINITELY not be using again.

The hotel is good overall. Breakfast could be varied (can be boring if you stay many nights). The rooms are very small but comfortable. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. The location is superb. The price online is reasonable, but keep it like that.
