The spa was very quiet because of how thier booking system is, so for most part, its almost like you have your own private spa area before you are due for your treatment. The massage treatment was good and you can choose for the curtains to be open or closed, to have a full view of london. You are then given a pod to relax in privately afterward where you get headphones, tea, nuts and an electric bed to lay back and really unwind. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a break from the rat race of london city.

The place was amazing. Very small but relaxing place on the 10th floor. Unfortunately the woman who massages me i am pretty sure has lied on her CV all the way. When i say that, i mean that she literally did not know anything about massage. I really though someone was playing a joke on me. She was rubbing or rather just slightly touching my back, then my legs, leaving my feet untouched and my hands. After finishing my treatment and returning to spa area I was thinking of calling the manager, but what the heck, i disnt want to causw trouble for no reason; i wasnt returning anyways.
Ofcourse that was a thought only because i was visiting london for two days and hoping to relief some back pain, which apparently never happened.

I have travelled to many 5 star hotels, and indeed most of them have very dissapointment massage services, however the Four seasons Spa has been one of the worst experiences for a 250euro (1h) massage. Shame for such reputation to be ruined.
