Due to an issue with my booking.com account, this hotel was booked fraudulently without my knowledge or permission. When I noticed that the money was pending in my account I immediately contacted the hotel to inform them that I had nit made the booking. When I contacted the hotel in the first instance the manager was very helpful and promised to issue a refund. However, the hotel has refused to respond on a number of occasions to my subsequent emails and have not refunded my money as promised.
I will now have to go through the lengthy process of requesting that my bank look into the fraudulent payment.
Had the hotel made good on their promise this would not have been necessary.More
