Two signature dishes, the octopus salad to start and black beef for main. Both arrived looking stunning, both has clever use of cheese: grilled with the octopus and blue with the beef. In each case you want to take small bites to make the experience last as long as possible. My guest had the scallops which were beautiful and tuna steak for main, both perfectly presented and cooked. Atmosphere: cool white interior with big windows and crisp tables set off the food perfectly. Service and sommelier were excellent. The sort of place you will find excuses to come back to. About £80 per head.
