Very helpful staff. Great location. Very good breakfast. When I will come back to London I will definitely stay at the Best Western The Boltons Hotel. Quit location but very central. Rooms renovated and functional.

Me and my wife used the hotel for a weekend break in London to celebrate our anniversary.

Everything was perfect.

We arrived at 7am, way before check in time. We were offered a room straight away or the offer of an upgrade if we waited. We decided to wait since we were planning on going out anyway.

The room we got was really nice. I don't think you could get a nicer room in London without paying alot more ( we paid £100 a night).

The hotel is ideally located for earls court tube station.

Breakfast was also very good. The breakfast room is small but the breakfast was great.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for two separate stays while travelling between London and France. Upon arrival, the concierge were extremely helpful and accommodating and even moved our room from the ground floor to the third floor at our request. We found the room and the bathroom to be extremely clean as well as spacious.

Breakfast was served from 6-10am which was nice given that many hotels end breakfast much earlier. There was a large variety of foods available, including: cereal, eggs, hash browns, cold cuts, pastries (the chocolate croissants were excellent!), and fresh fruit.

Additionally, the front desk was always available and helpful at any hour of the day. We often came back to the hotel very late at night after partying in piccadily circus, (Btw there is a direct bus from the circus to the top of the street of the hotel-this was very safe and convenient considering we were two girls travelling alone) and were always greeted warmly by the front desk. We had peace of mind in knowing that someone would be at the hotel front desk throughout the night.

On our second stay we were upgraded to a double executive room. This room was larger in size and contained a separate seating area. The room and bathroom were once again immaculate. The bed was also quite comfortable.

During our second stay, my friend and I had come down with colds and overslept thereby missing breakfast. The staff went above and beyond their call of duty and prepared a light breakfast for us and brought it up to the room.

In addition, the hotel had a computer and printer located in the front lobby that allowed guests to quickly and efficiently look up destinations, check into airports, and print documents. We never had to wait to use this computer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is a great value for its prime location in Earls court (tube station is a 5 min walk) but more so for the quality of service and room amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London.

Just returned from a stay at The Boltons. We had a "family" room which was MINUTE and by that we mean minute. Our grandson's bed could only be reached from one side and the bottom actually touched the table in the room! The only way to close the curtains was by stepping over the bed. This room was by far and away the smallest hotel room we have every stayed in anywhere in the world. In the bathroom, although well equipped and spotless, it was certainly uncomfortable to sit on the toilet with your knees touching the shower screen. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were of a good variety, quality and well cooked - not greasy at all.

Room Tip: Ring and ask the size of the room before booking.

Stayed here whilst attending a show at Olympia. Received a warm welcome. Twin room was small but adequate with a modern shower and toilet room. Decor very good. Bed really comfortable. Breakfast was a good choice of cereals fruit cooked breakfast toast and pastries with ham cheeses and yoghurt. Good service. It's a small breakfast room but we were seated quite quickly. All in all good value for London.

The hotel was nice, and facilities were great, staff was fantastic with everything and great with the leaving of bags after check-out. The bed was probably the comfiest I had slept in all trip. Rooms were great, quiet, and very comfortable. Overall, if the rooms were a little larger this hotel would be close to perfect.

Comfortable and clean rooms all very funcitonal and nice with good staff on the front desk and free parking outside from 18:30 to 08:00 (only cost me £2.40 for 3 overnight stays). Throw in the fact that Earls Court tube is <5 minutes walk regardless of which way you turn and you have a convenient and functional hotel with reasonable prices for London (<£100).
